These folks are the best. Know why I like local businesses? Because I can go in to B&G Lumber, buy a metal fence post spike, and theyll sell me the 4 screws I need for $.23@, and have me go out and ask Harry at the mill for a 4x4 wooden block so I can hammer it in. Harry cuts me a foot-long block of scrap, no charge. Try and get that done at Home Depot.

So hard to find the personal and special services offered at B&G anywhere today. Try going to one of the big "box" hardware retailers and get wood planed and sanded while you wait - and all served up with a smile. Thanks so much to staff at B&G for making my project possible!
