Cheap prices will always bring in the customers, especially in a rough economy, however, thats no reason to adopt a take it or leave it attitude". The management is quite inflexible, even dogmatic. I purchased a duel blade saw but didnt get around to using it until the 3 month period had expired by one week. Unfortunately, it was missing a lockdown nut. I tried to get one from them and was shocked at the callous way the manager dismissed me. He pretty much told me to call whoever I wished, do whatever I had to do, but there was no way he was going to take a 2 cent nut out of another saw to help me. My instore warranty had expired. It didnt matter that I showed him the saw was never used. It didnt matter I asked for his supervisor. It didnt matter that over the years, I have spent over $2-4,000 dollars there on tools. My warranty had expired and that was final! So, do I still buy tools from that company? Yes, but I make sure I go out of my way to get to another location. I may be insignificant to them in Glen Burnie, but, you know what? Im significant to me and it makes me feel better that Im not adding to their bottom line any longer.

I like this store because you cannot beat the prices, however they have the worst customer service. I came in looking for a Hydraulic Mower lift, and there was a customer service representative in the back. First, she was on her phone texting someone. I asked where I could find mower lifts, and she said without giving any thought "we dont sell them". I knew that they had them because I already checked online and they were in stock. Then, a helpful customer chimed in and told me exactly where they were. I think they should fire her and replace her with a more knowledgeable person. If theyre prices were not good I would never go there, and they would get 1 star.

Well, tools are low priced, good. Basically they have what is sold in Walmart as well. Good place to get low priced tools, not bad if you need something which you need to use once in a while. Their return policies are BAD. Their customer service is bad, the staff is horrible. They dont take the ownership in what they are selling. If you like to know, how it feels to be treated as a criminal, try to return or exchange something at one of their stores.

i love your store. its filled so many lovely things. theres stuff for everyone; men, women, children, and even pets! i heard you were opening five new stores. that will be exciting. i cant wait. i hope you open one in or near severn (not severna park; not even close) because the closest one is all the way near brooklyn park and i have to take 97 and 695 to get there. i hope your new stores are just as awesome as the one in glen burnie. good luck

When better tools were too expensive, it was a one time use and the chance of the tool breaking will not result in serious harm or death, this was the place I went to. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, but I got what I needed and got out.

Very great selection of reasonably priced tools and supplies. Sometimes the staff can be a little iffy but overall its a great place to shop for the hobbyist or even a professional who needs a once or twice use type tool

A lot of their stuff is great, but some of it is one time use type stuff. You really need to read the reviews of each item on their website to see what will last.
