Tried buying a wireless surveillance system as recommended by a neighbor. At 83 years old, I admit I am electronically deficient. BUT no more deficient than the staff at the store. I further made the mistake of assuming that "Customer Service" could be of help. What a lost cause, they acted like I was bothering them, and offered absolutely nothing more than one word responses to my questions. All of that crap about treating their customers like family while waiting for two days for someone to pick up the phone, is for the birds. What a turn off. No wonder amazon is doing so well. They know how to really treat a customer.

This Place always has tools of all kinds at a reasonable price. Coupons come out very frequently. Such as 20% off one item various free items with a purchase. There warranty on items cant be beat. You do not have to keep the receipt, they keep it in their system. Even if you break the item and it is your fault they still replace it! And at the end of one year or two year warranty you can bring the item back and get a new one whether its broke or not. I love this place
