I LOVE this store. Its impossible to leave without buying anything. It takes a tough person! Everything is adorable, they usually have a great stock of papers and envelopes and colors available, and if they dont they will call other locations. HOWEVER...the staff varies. Usually they are sweet and friendly and love to be personable. But the other day I needed help with getting some envelopes. I couldnt go upstairs because I had a stroller with an infant and toddler. So I asked at the counter if someone would be able to go up there to grab me 80 envelopes. At first there were two people behind the counter chatting, and a gentleman who was VERY chatty, almost felt like he was whispering about guests or others in the store. I noticed a few times while I was browsing that he would go up to another employee and sort of whisper and look over at someone. It made me feel uneasy. Then when I went to ask them for help it was like I wasnt there. So I eventually said "excuse me? I had a question." The guy came up to me and was like "did you need something?" And I told him exactly what I needed and pointed to my stroller while explaining that I cant go up there myself or I would. He almost interrupted me and pointed at a different employee and said "she can help you. Ask her." Then went back to the conversation. I felt pushed off and like I was an annoyance. I NEVER feel that way at this store and come there often as Im a invitation designer. I just felt very hurt by that interaction. The girl who did help me was EXACTLY the type of person I expect from there! Super sweet and very understanding! So it helped make up for the rude behavior from the previous encounter. I dont like to leave bad reviews, but as a mom with kids...it really offended me. I will still visit this location obviously...but what are reviews for if not to explain situations like this?

Great store and great Paper Source! Of course, they have great cards here--better than Papyrus. But in addition, they also offer a wide range of craft classes, though I havent attended these. They have a huge range of wrapping papers (lots from Cavallini too!), and I love the little odds and ends and throw back knick knacks they sell. I always find the staff to be exceedingly pleasant.

This place is awesome! I bought some fancy wrapping paper for my girlfriends birthday present. I told the staff at Paper Source I was surprising her, they told me to bring in her gift, and they helped me wrap it to keep the gift a surprise. To top it off, I came in a few minutes before closing and they stayed later to help me out. 10/10 service.

I adore this shop. The salespeople are so nice, and clearly love creating things. They will help with all of your project needs, as well as give you new ideas. Like the website, the shop runs frequent sales on seasonal items, and sometimes even on items not advertised (Ive had greeting cards ring up on sale - an unexpected treat!).

Paper source is one of my favorite stores on 23rd. Its a fun little craft shop where you can get some many creative ideas. You can buy a lot of things to make cards and banners. They also have a nice selection of planners and other fun things to make crafts. The staff is very helpful and they also host classes.

We took a card making class here and it was fun, but the set up was really weird because we had to switch places with the downstairs group and it just seems strange. It felt a little over priced for what you got but I would probably do it again if my group wanted to go again.

I love this place, they always have adorable stationary and craft supplies. Their stock changes quite a bit through the seasons it seems which means every time I go there theres always lots of new stuff to browse through.

What an excellent place for stamps and stationary! They also have a section for washi tape. Many of their goods make cute (overly expensive) gifts, but if thats your kind of thing, youll definitely love it.

There are small goods sold for small gifts. (= not very expensive one) Also, there are wrapping papers which we dont see in other stores such as Michaels etc. The store clerk is generally very friendly.

Prices can be pretty high here, so come right after Christmas for their after Christmas specials and pick up an ornament! Their paper products are great if you are in that kind of thing.

Not bad but most the stuff here a bit pricey. But if you are a crafty person price wont affect your visit because they have what you need.
