I wanted to write because I had boughten invitations from the Federal Way Hobby Lobby in July 2016. I specifically asked the women who checked me out if I could return these because I wasnt sure if I was 100% on them. She kindly said yes and that was it. I just came back in and was notified the policy was 90 days and they could give me store credit, which I was fine with. They said the invitations were discontinued and they could give me 90% of the value. I told them what I was originally told and a Assistant manager was brought over, her name was Patty. She quickly wrote me off and was very rude about the situation. She said oh well and thats it and just starred at me with a growling face. I cant believe how she treated me and I wish something could hav been done since I was misinformed about the policy. Wrote this to Hobby lobby because I am beyond offended by the terrible customer service from Patty and how I was treated.

Evening of 6/13/16: Rude staff member. We were grabbing a couple things 30+ minutes before closing and a staff member that was mopping sarcastically asked if we were ok and said that shed like to get out of there sometime soon. She then proceeded to passive aggressively push her mop slowly past the couple aisles we went in while glaring at us. There were about 20 people in line checking out after us, so not sure why she chose us to pick on as we were hardly holding the store up and out before 8. You should never intentionally make your customers feel uncomfortable. Wont be returning to this location.

Two faced, rude store manager! Store manager is nice one day saying "if you ever need help come find me im always here" . Today she rushed over while i was making a return and said "where did you get these items!" I told her they were gifts i didnt need which is true, then she stormed off. No appology or even a hello, just aggressive accusation with her words and body language. I wont be coming back to this hobby lobby if thats how they will treat customers this way!

Went to the Federal Way location July 16, 2013. WOW! Like the Costco of crafting! Everything I purchased was on sale for 50%, so I didnt even need to 40% off coupon I brought along. The selection was amazing- they had more paper lines than I have ever found at JoAnns or Michaels. The employees were friendly and helpful. A friend drove up from Portland to shop with me, and we both enjoyed our shopping trip here. This is my new all-time favorite place to shop!

Great store with countless bargains. Btw, for the uninformed who listen to the likes of Nancy Pelosi youve been lied to. Hobby Lobby DOES cover nearly every type of birth control that prevents the egg from ever forming you fools. It just doesnt cover a couple that would kill the embryo. You fail biology 101. Thought all you libs were the great people who welcome diversity and tolerance. Learn the facts before you drink the kool aid.

I finally went to my first hobby lobby on December 24th of 2016- so excited!!! And as im browsing not looking for anything particular i realize that 4 different "staff" girls are following ME!!! Never in my life have i EVER felt that feeling they gave me!!! So little do they know.... at multiple different times they have all ate at my friends restaurant

Fantastic stores, do not let those who are upset over a Supreme Court ruling (the only recent 1 star reviews) deter you from shopping at a place with great customer service and selection. I doubt many of these folks are even customers. For shame, because it is a great place to get your hobby supplies!!!

Sooo big its intimidating to enter! Once inside you cant help but feel lost, place is organized but no signs saying whats where & employees were almost non existent beyond cash registers. You will wander up to an hour or more trying to locate the items that made you go in to begin with.

Hobby Lobby has always been my default "go-to" store for all things crafts, but since moving to Seattle, I havent crossed paths with one until now. To be honest, this one feels a bit out of my way, but Ill definitely be returning to pick up a few items which others didnt keep in stock.

Favorite hobby and craft store, been shopping at this location for years. Huuuge selection, great prices, and despite negative reviews Ive read here, only ever had great customer service. Whole family enjoys shopping here. Cant wait till my next visit (literally, going back today).

Spectacular place to shop! We are from Texas where everything is bigger including our hobby stores so I was tickled pink to see a Hobby Lobby in Washington! If you shop Michaels or Joanns you will be shocked how much more this store has to offer and at what great prices!

Great place. Good service from helpful, happy employees. The only reason I dont give Hobby Lobby 5 stars is because the store needs better ventilation. The fines from craft supplies always leaves me feeling a bit dizzy, tired & headachy. Otherwise, great place.

What a unique shopping experience Hobby Lobby is. To be honest, I hate it, but its a crafters, quilters, knick knack enthusiasts wet dream! If youre into home made decorations this could be your first stop.

Fabulous store with so many cute decorations and crafts, etc! Loved them for my wedding and their 50% off sales on half the store every other week! They just have long lines sometimes.

You can find cool stuff for your home here as well as crafting supplies. Its a little over priced in my opinion but theyre constantly rotating sales so you can make some good finds.
