I wish I could give this 5 stars because i love Michaels. But last night I called in seach of Tombow Dual Ended Brush pens and Rachel answered and said she will go look for them. I sat on hold for about 5 minutes and then she came back and said we do not have those "brushes". I corrected her and said they were more like pens/markers. She interrupted me and said they still didnt have them. So being that they are pretty popular I decided to drive to the store. I found them immediately on a display in the front of store in a pack of ten. Then I went back to where the artist pens, pencils, and markers are. I found them there immediately there too. So Im disappointed in the customer service. Wish I could include photos of the two displays this product was in.

guess this place is good for crafters and a hobbist, but way over priced. I was looking at their fine art products ... golden paints, prisma pencils etc they are marked at more than 10% above retail. I dont know what craft stuff goes for retail, but i would assume if i found as much as i did over retail costs, youre better off supporting small local business and getting a better deal! I couldnt believe it. Their framing ... at 40% off prices (with coupon or in store sale) come out to at or above retail. I found this other little ma and pa fine art store on evergreen that is cheaper than this big box store. Besides the prices at Michaels, the people dont know what the heck they are talking about half the time. They just churn out employees.

Ive been going to one in juanita and the selection isnt always that great plus I asked where the bathroom was and she acted like I was stupid....it was in there storage room with no bathroom sign! Went to this one and it was perfect theselection ppl were nice and helpful and were attentive to my needs. Maybe I got the right batch of employees that day? Ive never had issues with them.

This has always been my go to place for all the arts and crafts I could want. I seemed to be that tag along when I show up here, but I have always gotten good service. The thing I love the most about this place is the customers. If the employees are not available, the customers have help me a great deal find things that I would never find on my own.

Out of the last 5 times that I have been to this location, 4 of those times they did not have what I needed! Ive had to drive all the way over to the Kirkland location, or to jo-anns! This is a bigger store than most Michaels in the area, why is the selection always lacking?

This is a pretty standard Michaels, but its age is showing. The aisles can be small and crowded and often times they dont carry items that other Micheals do because they simply dont have the room for it. The staff is great though and had always been super helpful.

Trying to find someone to help is near impossible and when you do, they make you feel like you are bothering them. The manager is just as rude, has no concept of what customer service is. I try to do more shopping at Jo-Anns now just because of that.

This store is a bit far from my house but it is one of the bigger Michaels. Parking lot can get crowded and sometimes check out can take a while. Store is clean and well organized. Download the app to get coupons.

I will never go back to this store. Every time I have gone in there I have been treated like crap and it doesnt seem like they care at all about their customers. Save yourself a headache, and go somewhere else!

I saw the employee checking peoples bags on the way out like purses and things like that and I found it to be very insulting. Of course I dont carry a bag or purse but if I did good luck check in my bag
