I can usually find what I need here but youve got to be really pushy to get any help. I purchased a sewing machine at this location and the first time I went the lady at the Husqvarna Viking station let me know that it would be on sale in a few days if I wanted to wait for the sale price. She was really helpful and helped me with the comparison of the machines I was interested in and she told me that when I made my purchase they would show me how to use it. Well I went back on the sale day and a different lady was there that day. She was pleasant enough when I was finally able to get her attention. She spent about 30 minutes talking to a lady she clearly was friends with while I stood at the desk. Didnt offer to show me how to use the machine and almost charged me the full price for it so all in all not great

I like the fabric and craft selection, but there are days it doesnt look like they have enough staff and its frustrating as heck to get simple sewing machine items like a zipper foot or hemming foot because that stuff gets closed off at 5pm even though the store is open until 9pm, because""theyre a different company inside the store". Non specific machine items should not be locked away like that.

Different product selection than Michaels, and only fabric store in the area since Hancocks closed in Vallejo. The employees here are knowledgeable and courteous. My only issue is no matter how many times Ive been here, I always end up searching in the wrong place for whatever Im looking for. Aisle signs/product overview would be a welcomed improvement.
