The store itself as far as products go is great. Staff is EXTREMELY slow. The checkout is the worst for 2- 3 people to check out it takes about 10+ minutes of standing inline. When the checkout is backed up they dont have others to help. Last time I was there I stood in line for 33 minutes with only 8 people ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous! Its like this every time and unfortunately the only one within the area.

Im not a crafty person, but I do knit so I come here to pick up yarn. They have a good selection of yarn. Sometimes we pick up some material for projects and you can pick the material you want and theyll cut a piece off for you. Just remember to grab number, theres always a line for fabric.

Small selection. Sold out of sewing machines (I mean, really?). People at the cutting table kept throwing the fabric at me and letting it hit the ground. Had to wait in line three times; staff seems more concerned about following rules than helping customers. Cashiers were very friendly.

Staffs tries so hard to be helpful. But they are sloooow. And there arent enough of them. The fabric part of the store is better than the craft part of the store. The sometimes have a problem with restocking the shelves (not enough staff).

I love Joann. ...however this store rarely replenish the scrapbook stuff. For months and months the supplies remain about the same. I wish the scrapbook items on the stores are at least 25% of what they have at Joann . com

Recently, I bought a few items at Jo-Ann. The employee who cut the material was nice, but the cashier (a young lady) was extremely unfair and rude. I will stay away from that store if that employee is still be there.

Poor costumer service. Clerks are unwilling to help find items that are stored away and dont seem very friendly. The store itself has lots of goods but dont count on those working there

My go-to place for fabrics: lots of quality selections and its easy to lose your sense of time in here. Fabrics are usually on sale which is a big plus
