The employees are great at looking busy, while accomplishing nothing! About half the items have prices on or near them, which makes shopping into a nice little guessing game, but nobody nearby can help. The cutting counter can be populated by a handful of employees, but only one is actually working; everyone seems to be moving in molasses, and lack any sense of urgency. If I was the manager there, I would have an entire stack of write-ups for my employees daily, and teach them the basics of customer service, which seems like it would be quite the feat considering the apparent intelligence level of these people. At least one had the wherewithal to ask if I was okay when smoke started coming from my ears; she seemed oblivious to the fact that she was the source of my irritation. For my own mental health, I will not be returning to this location.

I would like to ask Lisa if she knows how many times a day the phone rings at JoAnn each hour? People can get into their cars and go to the store to find what they want and expect to have service when there. When people are too lazy to go to the store they take the time away from the people who are in the store needing assistance. They also expect someone else to do the shopping for them while they sit on the phone. The ladies in the store must run to shop for many customers every hour because of these people on the phone. So in all fairness to everyone go the the store which is there for your convenience (not a catalogue store) and do your own shopping. There you will find the item, the price and the amount available quickly and in a friendly and helpful atmosphere.

Rude employees, not helpful. Like I understand you make minimum-wage... but you dont have to be a dick to me because its 3 minutes past closing and Im trying to find something that no one could help me find. Meanwhile theres about 30 other customers in the store, getting fabric cut etc. If there was a place with a better fabric selection I would be there instead in a heartbeat

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not very helpful at all, just full of lazy employees working there. I asked how much embroidery floss cost and they were unable to answer me, look up the product or even walk to the section of the store where it is sold and tell me on the phone...very disappointing so I called Micheals instead and they were happy to help me.

Used to work here. Has the largest selection of fabric in the area. If you are buying fabric, the wait can long so grab a number before to shop. Its OK, they want you to do that! Always use a coupon, check the website if you have a smart phone. They can scan them from your phone. No signing up required. They have coupons every day.

Great selection and deals, but the fabric counter is consistently sub-par. Employees are gruff, work extremely slow, and seem to have no regard for all the patient customers waiting for their number to be called. This condition is consistent with every JoAnns Ive ever visited--why do I keep coming back?

Everyone is so friendly and helpful at this store. I was greeted by all the staff I saw and had a great time getting what I needed and when I checked out it was also positive. A note to Lacy, some day you will be an old hag. You are well on your way. I feel sorry for you...

I went at a non peak time. Great selection but the store layout was a bit confusing. I wish all Joanns would adopt the same layout in their stores. At any rate the store was well stocked however a few patterns were missing. All in all service was outstanding.

Good store to purchase your craft supplies for. Though you get the quality you pay for. Will not last a life time. Do not purchase your fabric here. Never before had to wait so long in a line of four individuals with small cuts. 30+ minute wait minimum.

I had such great help from one of the managers named Donna. I had some trouble returning a sewing machine (issue with the feed dogs) but Donna was so helpful and understanding! I got it replaced and out of there in record time.

I love JoAnns. Granted I could be partial since I used to work for one. This one is great to fabric selection (just watch the prices, JoAnns is never cheap, unless you got coupons or sales), but they are great for inspiration!

I placed an order online for pick up in the store and it was so easy and convenient! You can just walk in and head to the cashier to pick up. Of course, if youre like me, you walk in, shop around and then pick up!

Customer service is not very good when they are busy. There was a shortage of staff, for them to be having a holiday sale. Dont try to go on lunch break unless you have alot of time.
