Honestly if I could give them a -5 stars I would... After 3 hours of negotiating and trying to make a deal my visit ended terribly. My boyfriend and I wanted to go home and think it over and they kept throwing numbers at us, papers at us and handing my boyfriend a pen telling him to sign. After coming to the conclusion that we wanted to go home for the night to think about it and return the following day they became angry, rude, disrespectful got mad. And I mean, real mad. As we were heading out of the building the salesman shook our hands shrugged then looked at my boyfriend and said I mean come on man. You need to man up. You were a marine for Christ sake. Shook his head and went inside. Like.... are you freaking kidding me!?!? He served our country and you wanna say that to him? Really?? Then as I was backing out of the lot, he proceeds again to my passenger window and yells at us saying the deal we just made will not stand tomorrow. Period, understand? And I said yes and he shook his head and stomped away back to the building. Honestly... dont go there. Found out my mom bought a blazer from there a few years ago and after 3 months of her driving it the engine blew up. Good service at the start but terrible and disrespectful service at the end.... Very disappointed. Highly suggest you go to Mcgloughlin Blvd if you want to buy a car.......

Buying a car is probably the most stressful thing ever! When I looked online at NW Auto Source inventory, I found a suv that sparked my interest, so I called. I spoke with Morgan on the phone, who, made my experience seem super simple and painless. Enough where I got in my car and drove in, instantly. Once I was on the lot, the process was flawless. MORGAN was the most efficient and kind sales man I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Between him and Jeff, they made my irresponsible past seem unnoticed. I instantly fell in love with an SUV and even though I thought it was impossible, it happened. It might have taken 2 days to complete our deal, but I walked away a COMPLETE satisfied customer and we even have plan on going back there to buy a truck for my husband. ONLY if we get to work with Morgan. Hes the most down to earth, HONEST individual Ive ever come across in the sales business. I didnt feel forced, sweet talked, or rushed. I would recommend MORGAN and Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle anytime soon!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will get integrity from any other place on 82nd. The worst Ive ever dealt with. I gave a non-refundable deposit on a car that i liked based on the agreement that i was able to take it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Well, when i came back in to take the car to my mechanic before buying the car, that i really liked, Ron S. backed out of his word, said its the "owners policy" is to not let any one take his cars to their mechanics, saying that someone tried to damage a car in an attempt to get the car for less. I backed out of the purchase and he promised that i would get my deposit back, which of course I did not.

I have shopped at many used dealerships and gave up on them years ago until I went to NW Auto. They walked me through everything since I was a first time buyer at a dealer. They asked me what payment would be comfortable for me and went even lower than that to make sure I was happy. The car I was buying had some rock chips on the windshield, and they replaced it for free. NW Auto is the best used car dealership in Portland. I highly recommend this place. Its not easy to find a dealer so considerate to their clients. Try it to experience it for yourself.

So first of all as soon as I pulled in I was met with a smile by "Morgan" He was beyond professional, courteous, And made sure to get a full understanding on what I was looking for in a vehicle an what I could afford. Unlike other car dealerships I didnt feel pressured into getting anything that I didnt want, on top of being beyond personable he made me feel very comfortable and as if Id known him for years, I would recommend Morgan and nw auto source to anyone on the market searching for a nice reliable vehicle...!

I called to get the price on a vehicle because they did not have it posted. They "couldnt find it" and asked for my name and number so they could call me back when they found it. They called back in less than 10 minutes. Great. But since then I have been receiving what equate to "sales" calls, even after I told them I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Bottom line, dont give them your number unless you want unsolicited phone calls.

Dell and Morgan were fantastic help. I didnt have the best financial situation but they both did everything that they could to make sure that I got into a car. Morgan even was so kind as to come in on his day off and help us by going on test drives both of them talked us through all the numbers. I appreciate everything they did to get us through the long process of financing a car. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Total joke over price on vehicles and want you to pay pie in the sky interst rate I would bot trust thease sketchy salesmen for nothing this lot is a waste of time and a total scam hous it is funny most of thease pepole that left a good review this car lot is their only review obviously fake like every thing else around that place .. dont be fooled do your homework pepole

Came in on a budget and met with Morgen, He was very positive and helpful! Was given 4 or 5 options, and no pressure to purchase. Was given plenty of time to check out the vehicle we liked and turned out everything worked like it should. Dell handled the finance and down payment, was very honest and up front. We left very happy with our purchase and will refer our friends!

They will rob you. And give you fake carfax and lie to you on the phone and in person. All the positive post were made from morgen the fake salesman, so take it from me.They lie to you on the phone and when you show up another salesman lie to your face. If you got screwed dont say i didnt warned you. Salesman is on DRUGS HEADS UP!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous service I received. I anticipated that they were going to be pushy, because they are a used car dealership on 82nd ave. But Myles and Kimber were very helpful. They got me a nice jeep for my budget. I will definitely be back again. Thanks again to everyone who helped me at NW Auto Source.
