I had to pick a star to leave a review, I would rather give 0 stars. I will not bring my business back to these guys. I traded my car in that I still owed money on. Signed papers over the trade then went to the bank about a week and a half later to sign more papers. So it takes this place 1 month to pay my other dealer for the trade in. I was advised by the old place they legally only have 10 days. I was told a week ago, this being close to 3 weeks since the trade, a check was personally being delivered. Guess what? Didnt happen. I had to call 5 times, got calls from my old dealer asking what was going. To call today and they tell me they had to wait for the loan to go through... correct me if I am wrong but the guy at the bank said I now dealt with them in regard to the new car. You were already paid at that point. I have traded cars in before, no problems, no hassle. I may not know much about selling cars but know a little about business, get it together or piss off.

I brought my LX470 here to get looked at by Mike and his staff because of some vibration I heard from underneath. Long story short, they took apart the driveline, put it back together, and it fixed the problem. Because the driveline did not need to be balanced, I was not charged at all! Mike is the best mechanic! Hes done a bunch of work on my Toyota and its totally dialed now. Hes fixed my friends Subaru a couple times as well and all for a reasonable price. Thank you Mike!

Japanese Auto Sales is a great dealership. I would disregard any bad review as most of the people who are leaving bad ones dont have any real reason to rate them below 5 stars. I couldnt pick up the car until the weekend, & Jake went out of his way and drove it to me, which is about a 45 minute drive. The process was pretty easy, and I havent had any issues so far. I would reccomend this dealership to many. Thanks guys!

customer service is very unprofessional, one of the reps said "we got too much s*** going on to care about you" really? Well see how long you last there or see how long the business will stay running.
