Im a little unhappy because a month ago I came in for rear brakes spent 800 bucks then as I drove away it had a new noise like brakes grinding so I thought it might just need a few miles on it. It didnt go away so I brought it back in the following Saturday they said theres nothing wrong with it and they didnt hear any problems. So I left and the whole following week as I drove to Seattle everyday it sounded like a semi when I stopped so I went back the following Saturday. The front desk lady Karen was very nice and jumped in so we could take a drove around the block and she was able to hear the sounds it was making. Once again they said there was no problem they could find and it didnt make any sounds for them. Both times when I finally had to call to see if it was ready for pick up the techs would be gone when I got there and only Karen left to tell me they couldnt find anything wrong. Id about had enough at this point bit Karen have me a card with a guy by the name of Justin on it and she said to give him a call during the week because on the weekends the best people arent working. I called a couple times and left messages besides I couldnt get anyone to pick up and never got a call back until finally I called the building and got a little aggravated then I was able to get into contact with Justin. He said to bring it in the following Monday and he would get it figured out. So finally by the end of the day I called so I could drive from out by Graham and pick up the car and had trouble getting Justin on the phone because no one else could tell me it was done and just sitting. So finally I got to Titus Will Ford Tacoma and he told me they could find anything wrong except a low tire and maybe that was the cause.Lol.So I left and it just keep getting louder and louder. So I called back and Justin told me to bring it in when it was making the noise during a time when the techs could look at it so I did and a tech got in the van and drove with me and he finally heard the noise. WooooHoooo. He said sounds like a sticky caliper, huh and that would be another 400 or so bucks even tho it made no noise over a month ago when I brought it in to get the brakes worked on. So they said they would have to order the calipers and they would give me a call when they came in so I could bring the vehicle back. After 4 days I called Justin and he said there in. So now Im sitting in the lobby its been another 3hrs or so wasting to hear my name called. Im just hoping this will be my final visit to this place Ive started to despise. I hope this is it, over a month of a horrid sound on my daily drive from Graham to Seattle and back. Please God. Awesome coffee lobby thats why I was able to leave one star and the Karen lady was really nice.

This place only gets one star because Google doesnt have the option of negative stars. Dont ever bring your vehicle here to have work done at the Quick Lane/Service Department, not even for an oil change. I brought my truck in to have warranty work done, and they "fixed" my brake calipers. 4 months later, I burned up a rotor. Naturally I brought it back in, where I was told it was my fault and they wouldnt fix it under warranty. When I asked to be taken back to the shop bay to verify for myself that this was the case, I was told I would be charged for labor. I wasnt buying it, and sure enough, when I took it to another mechanic, they found that Titus-Will had replaced the wrong part and not even found the source of the problem. Ive requested to speak with management multiple times and still havent heard anything back. About the oil change: After I swore Id never take anything to this place again, my wife had to drive out of town the very next day and was due for an oil change. We dont have a garage we can use and she had a free oil change. Despite my reservations, we took it in anyway. Well, I guess you get what you pay for... My wife was on her way back home and the engine ran free of oil while she was on the highway because somebody didnt tighten the drain plug and it fell out. They also didnt tighten her skid plate, but that didnt fall off. So we bring it back in and tell the service rep what happened, and they agree to inspect the vehicle for damage. In the meantime, the courtesy vehicle they loaned us had a seriously slipping transmission. When we brought it back, we notified the lady at the desk, who didnt want to get us a different one. Anyways, when we came to pick up our vehicle after the inspection, we found out all the service tech did was re-flash the computer to hide any evidence. They didnt even replace the oil. They also tried to say there was a preexisting issue with the drain plug. We asked them to do a more thorough job, and what our expectations were. I still highly doubt that was done satisfactorily, but I do not have solid proof to back it up. What I do have evidence of is my vehicle gets an average of 10 mpg less when driving now. So weve asked multiple times to speak with the site manager, Shannon, and hes magically either not there, or hes in a meeting. Hes supposedly been emailed our contact information by other employees there, so were waiting....

This by far has been one huge mistake buying from this dealership. My husband and I purchased a 2011 ford f150 here about a month ago. When we went to pick up the truck it was absolutely dirty! The dealership apologized and then requested we make an appointment for a detail due to it not being done. Finally after the huge snow storm in January I made the appt while my husband was gone at school and received one of their loaner cars. ((YAY another vehicle I have to get a pass for to get to work)) After 24 hrs MY husband received a phone message on his voicemail stating we absolutely apologize for the troubles but you vehicle is now ready for pick up. I showed up after a 14 hr day at work in uniform still turn in the loaner vehicle jumped in his truck and it was dirty still!!!!! seriously!? Went back in asked them please to fix this and they apologized once more and asked me to come back tomorrow. Two days go by so I deicide to stop in after work to see how the progress is coming. I walk in and Desiree states oh yea it has been sitting out front here all the keys. Get in the truck (((AHHH PAPER TOWELS ON THE FRONT SEAT AND MUD SPLASHED UP THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK))) At the point I thought I was having a prank played on me. I asked the service guy to please come out and look at the truck and give me his opinion and he said "oh yea doesnt look clean to me, but we will fix this" Finally in tears due to frustration, i asked to speak with the manager. This is when it finally was taken care of. Please keep this in mind when going to this dealership!!! I understand it was only a detail but if this is the service they provide for only a detail I cant imagine how everything else does. ****UPDATED ..... JUST GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM COLLECTIONS STATING I OWED $60 to CHASE BANK WHO I HAD MY PREVIOUS LOAN taken out from for the vehicle i traded in.... TITUS WILL didnt make the payment for 32 days after we traded in the vehicle causing late charges and more interest to pile up. BEWARE!!!!! CHECK OUT YELP FOR MORE RECENT REVIEWS
