DO NOT buy from here. If you do, get EVERYTHING in writing because their word is worthless. They DID get a deal done in a challenging situation when others couldnt. But, that is where the warm fuzzies stopped. Made a verbal deal ( very stupid on my part) about some work that needed to be done, (about $1500 worth, including a jack and tire changing tools that were missing. Since the two front tires were completely shot, that was important) only to have that conversation conveniently and totally forgotten. To be fair, they did try to give me a jack and lug wrench. NOT one for the vehicle I purchased, but a random set they had laying around. I declined it because it would not work on the vehicle or fit in the designed space to store safely. Last thing I wanted was to have flying steel projectiles flying around in case of an accident. Was told "well take care of that for you." Still waiting for that to happen. It wont, and it will be $300 from the dealer so a flat can be changed. Also called 3x about some important items left in my trade ( thought I had gotten everything). First time was told "no problem, well make sure to save it for you, its still on the lot." Made the drive across town the next day, only to be told "its at the shop, well get when it comes back and give you a call". 2 weeks later, no call, another visit, another promise. Another 2 weeks, called, was told "our detailer is off site, he would know IF we saved them or Where they are. Ill call you back when he returns". Still waiting for that call. DO NOT trust the "CarFax" report. There are many things that do not get reported to them. The report for the vehicle I purchased was clean with added value. After a body guy looked at it, it has been in at least two collisions resulting in body damage but not frame damage. Neither one showed up on the CarFax report. Be SURE to have a pre-sale inspection preformed, and check for hidden fixes or missing, unsafe conditions/items if you do decide to buy from here.

I had been working with Elliott at the Auto House for approx 6 months, and he never gave up on me. He knew I needed a good car, but I was too scared to look because I didnt want that payment. Elliott really took his time and went over everything and told me that I didnt need to be scared. He assured me that he can find a better car for me since my car at the time was old and started to have issues. I dont even know how to thank Elliott, he did so much for me and just kept telling that I just needed to meet him and go over everything together. Elliott is the best Car Sales Person ever! Thanks, Elliott, and also Titan for working with me. Elliott made me feel very comfortable, and just took his time and helped me. Elliott called me one day, and said he will wait for me, so I stopped by met him, and within 24 hours, he found me THE CAR!!!!!! The perfect car just like he told me . . . he didnt waste anytime, and the fact that their lot is new, small, and friendly, the whole process was easy, fast and very friendly! All I can say is THANK YOU ELLIOTT!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!! I can drive now without worrying about that old caddy breaking down on me, and I just LOVE my new 2005 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. KUDOS to Elliott, and thank you to Auto House! Titan and Elliott really went batting for me, and I owe them a big thank you! I am bringing you ALL some real yummy "malasadas" from Hawaii, or across the street at L&L.... ALOHA AND MAHALO :) Phem :)

If I could put zero stars I would. The Sales person was friendly and every thing seemed like it was going smoothly but thats just a facade they put on. I understand that they sell cars "as is" however their mechanic didnt even check the two different cars they tried to sell to me and the one I ended up getting .we went on a short Test drive (the sales person didnt want to go to the freeway said it was too far) and everything seemed fine so I went home. The next day I returned to pay them the rest of the money and get the title to the car. On my way when I had started the car it was making a weird noise I told them and they basically said theres nothing they could do for me when I left i stopped at the store and the car wouldnt start it started smoking thick white smoke and it was very scary. If you are a young buyer or first time buyer I do not recommend this place. Im only 22 and I think they took advantage of my young age and lack of knowledge of cars. Beware. They are liars and do not have reliable cars ! I doubt any of these positive reviews are true.

Purchased a silver 08 Impala from this dealership. Needed it because I had an F-350 at the time and I do a lot of travelling around for work. I needed something that wouldnt take too much gas but at the same time needed something that could carry some test equipment around with me as Im a biomedical technician. Credit score was horrible as to some stupid decisions I made while I was 18/19 years old. I worked with Joe and his finance manager Andy (I think thats what his name was) and they got me the car I needed. Even though I had an active car loan with about $18,000 remaining on it. Overall it was a pleasant experience. There was no sitting at the dealership for four to six hours while they got all the paperwork done. It was about two hours at the most. I would highly recommend this dealership to those who are in a similar situation like me or maybe just with bad credit without the open car loan.

The first I went to Auto House they didnt have just what I was looking for. Instead of trying to talk me into something else or lie to me about a car they had, the guys just chatted friendlily with me for a minute then wished me luck. No pressure, no hassle. A few weeks later I came back with a little bigger budget. They also had a new car on the lot that really fit my needs, so we made a deal. They guys there helped iron out all the paperwork, and even worked to get me a lower financing rate than the rate Id initially agreed to. Everyone at Auto House made buying a used car as straightforward and simple as possible. From the salesman to the paperwork guy to the mechanics, everyone there treated me like a normal person. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a used vehicle!

My husband and I had been car shopping all weekend and were tired of dealing with all the typical used car salesman. We knew our credit wasnt great but didnt feel like being treated poorly because of it. We went to Auto House not expecting a whole lot, but they were kind, courteous and listened to our needs. We filled out our credit app, and were given a list of vehicles that would fit out budget and credit situation. We fell in love with one and in less than an hour we were leaving in our new ride. Thank you so much Joe, Titan and Andy for the outstanding service! I will be coming back for years to come and will be sending all of my friends and family too. It is definitely worth the time to check these guys out!
