Below is an email that I sent, and never got a reply, as to why am unsatisfied with their service. Essentially, their service department will damage your vehicle without telling you and also try to sell you stuff that you dont need under the guise that it is faulty. I didnt have a great experience Corky. The first problem was that when the technician checked by battery he/she destroyed every one of the plastic rivets that connect the panel to the frame. I had the dubious pleasure of discovering this fact on my own and it seems that it was impossible that the technician was unaware of their destruction since the rivets were shoddily crammed back into place in broken pieces. This frustrated me a little. The other issue that I had was I was recommended to get a new battery. This confused me immensely since I asked about the warranty on the battery and the service person said that it was 3 yrs. Since my car is an 2012 and the service was performed in 2014, I noticed a contradiction. Shouldnt I have simply got a new battery for free since it was less than three years and still under warranty? Guess not. The final straw was that as I went to Autozone to by new plastic rivets for the battery compartment, I stopped at my brothers shop and had him load-test the battery. There is nothing wrong with it. Now, I am led to believe that you guys were just trying to get me to buy stuff I didnt need and lacked the common courtesy to tell me when you busted a minor part. I am a reasonably understanding fellow. Had I been made a aware of the rivets destruction, I would have thought, "no big deal, things like happen" but the fact that this was hidden from me is problematic in the sense that I no longer trust your department with little issues and that causes me to not trust you with bigger issues. That coupled with the misdirection and/or warranty thing with the battery results in my decision to no longer solicit your services.

Titus Will Toyota is Fabulous! if you want to be treated like a princess like they treat me then I recommend you go there! they have amazing service and the staff is so great! I recommend asking for Martin Aalto, he is AMAZING. He helped me alot to start again after the declaration of bankruptcy two years ago. Although, all the staff are great. Once you buy your car you will find that the benefits doesnt stop here I always feel at home when im greeted by the lovely hostess who will offer you a complementary cup of coffee or bottled water. the waiting area is so cute and the service, concierge, and parts department have the greatest teams! although it can get very busy they all make the effort to make sure youre well taken care of, and are in and out!. ( i think it gets so busy because everyone loves titus will so much ! ) the sales department also has great knowledge of what they are selling. most of them have been there for YEARS. so its good to count on someone who knows what theyre doing. The finance department went above and beyond to help us get the best deal possible. Easily the best experience with buying a car I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else, I can get it all at Titus Will for my Toyota needs..

EXCELLENT automotive staff and service - I love the relaxed atmosphere, the huge big-screen TVs in the very comfortable waiting area, barista service while you wait and clean restrooms. This was a follow-up trip after a repair a few days earlier. On the repair day it was too cold for the after-repair complimentary car wash so they gave me a coupon. I wanted to redeem the coupon prior to a holiday road trip. We arrived several hours prior to closing (our second try, in two days - the Service Department is very busy!), to redeem the car wash. Two hours later, the repair bays were empty and had been washed down for the night, most of the dealership staff had left for the day and there we sat. I tracked down a service tech who undertook a search for my car (they found it but couldnt locate the keys) . . I was digging into my purse for the spare set of keys when they found my keyring. WHEW! Im chalking this up to an end-of-a-long-day minor issue. On the upside, we got to watch an entire episode of one of the "chef cook-off" shows on that gloriously humongous screen! I havent had a television for almost twenty years; that was a great treat!

Nice facility. Attentive and helpful staff (for the most part). Mike, the salesman, was helpful super patient (this was my first time buying a car and I was on my own... so he patiently waited while I called mom and fiancee and asked for advice or anything) and really nice, he even gave me tips to better my manual driving skills! They offered me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle (around what I wanted for it) and the car I purchased was at a great price too. I have nothing bad to say about them. However, the reason why they get 4 stars is because of the financing moment. When I got directed to the office of the other guy (dont know his name). I felt rushed and I didnt feel like he was patient or understanding on the fact that I was making a huge purchase on my own by myself and that that could get overwhelming. I asked questions and I got short, brief, fast answers (which in this case wasnt a good thing). All in all, it was a good experience and I would recommend (and even go back) however I would just cross my fingers that I dont have to deal with that same last guy again!

Titus Will Toyota is awesome! The spirit of service in the dealership, service, and parts departments is top notch and parallels the service quality experience that I find at companies long acclaimed for their service standards such as Starbucks and Nordstroms. Every time i come here they give great service, factual feedback, and allow me to make service decisions with no pressure. I have been so impressed and subsequently compelled to share that this is actually my first google review ever. As I write this I am sitting here in their incredibly comfortable waiting area enjoying ESPN Sportcenter, while working via complementary wifi, while enjoying a complementary French vanilla mocha! How good is that? Did I mention that the waiting area has an incredible hostess whos goal is to make sure that Im comfortable and well caffeinated? To summarize - Ive been to many dealerships, and they should all strive to model what Titus Will has going on here. What a great experience, I will be a customer for life.

Easily the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! James was my advisor and he treated me like royalty and was very thorough and communicative throughout entire process. James and the tech did a thorough inspection of my vehicle as I asked and found that the rear brake pads were down to 1MM. Thankfully they caught this before it destroyed my rotors which would have cost me a lot more than brake pads. Inside in the waiting lounge I was greeted by the hostess who brought me my coffee (twice) as I worked on my laptop using their free wifi. I had to leave for business later and easily checked out a loaner car with no issues. Even the General Manager, Dawn, came out to greet me and I truly felt like an MVP. I think the only thing that could have topped this experience is if I was greeted by name on a tv screen when I pulled into the service drive! I bring my Lexus and my Chevrolet in here since they service all makes and models.
