My spouse and I recently lost our family vehicle to an inattentive driver. We were put in the worst scenario to buy a new car: need. We knew we wanted a Volvo XC90 2.5t to get higher up off the ground, have safety and security features, but still retain somewhat sensible mpg. We began the arduous process of trolling through ads, running carfax reports, and contacting vehicles that met our description. One of the most frustrating elements of used-car shopping is the game of chance played over whether one can trust the seller. Whether private party or dealer, if the vehicle looks good, but the element of trust is missing – thats a deal breaker. From the moment we contacted DLR about an XC90 that fit our parameters, trust was established, built, and central to the entire experience. They know their Volvos, and humoured our many questions. They even went out of their way to stay open late to accommodate my spouse and my work schedules. I know where we will go when we need our next vehicle – which, knowing the quality of the vehicle we purchased, wont be for a while.

I very highly recommend DLR Nordic. When our car was totaled earlier this year we went to dozens of dealerships. We even bought a car at Herzog Meier that we ended up returning after we discovered they lied to us about the features included, warranty, service agreements and practically everything else. Ultimately we bought our Volvo XC60 from Ole. He was amazing, honest and easy to work with and absolutely refreshing after being to so many other dealerships. Absolutely incredible customer service! Such a better feel than any of the [pushy] dealers we visited. Duncan and Ole went well beyond whats typical to actually educate us during the buying process. Before shopping, we had already done our share of homework- reading review after review on the various years & models. I could have saved a ton of time by just coming here first. These guys are familiar with all the nuances and more than willing to share. End result: We ended up with the perfect car for our familys needs and peace of mind, knowing we had made an educated decision. I recommend DLR to anyone in the market for a newer, pre-owned, Volvo.

I got my XC90 here about 6 months ago and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Never have had a problem with it and I know if I do, Ole or Duncan will gladly help me out on how to get it fixed. Theyre very knowledgeable on Volvos. I never felt like I was being swindled or left high and dry once I purchased it. No pressure to buy, and answered all my many questions. The transaction went very smooth. I still enjoy seeing it out in the parking lot and know thats my ride...did I say how much I LOVE IT! My husband and I cannot stress enough how amazing this dealership is. DLR Nordics customer service is over the top! If you are considering a Volvo, but they dont have what you want in stock, you should really call them and see if they can get it for you. They are incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. We purchased an XC90 from DLR Nordic about a year ago. They were super knowledgeable and helpful. I went in thinking I wanted the V8, but after talking to them, we decided to go with the turbo 5-cylinder, and they had exactly the colors and options we were looking for! We wanted the all season floor mats, which they were able to order for us. We love it. We have recommended them to all of our friends looking for cars, and we have three friends who have bought a Volvo from them. They were awesome.

I bought a 2002 v70 from DLR and after 2 weeks car started having all kinds of issues. Have spent over $5k to attempt to keep this car just SAFE to drive. It was a melon from the start. All kinds of fluid leaks, electrical gremlins, all engine mounts needing replacement. Brakes and front suspension needed replacement. Should have had my own mechanic gone over it, MY BAD. Truly believe they should have not let this one go out their door in this shape. Pretty pissed that they let it go in this shape.

Duncan, owner of DLR Nordic, has been a tremendous help in finding the perfect V70R that I have been looking for. Not only does he let me pester him with all my questions, his answers are honest and knowledgeable. (Even some friends of mine bought their Volvo V50 T5 and remarked how much they liked their shopping experience.) This is the only place I would buy a Volvo from outside a dealer because I know the quality and integrity of not only the product, but the people behind it.

Ole and Duncan are very knowledgeable, their prices are amazing, and all of their cars are the very best youll find in used Volvos. Wonderful car buying experience. After years of being a passenger in my husbands Volvo, I finally decided to get one of my own. I got a used 2009 xc70 from Nordic about 6 months ago and Ole was helpful and patient. It was my first car purchase in 15 years, so I was a bit nervous/unfamiliar with the process but everything went smoothly. I love my car and highly recommend Nordic. Theyre great.

What you get from DLR Nordic is knowledgeable help, genuine interest in what youre looking for, open communication and a wide selection of great cars at reasonable prices. What you dont get is pressure, hovering, bravado and awkward test drives with a stranger. My husband and I have done a lot of car shopping over the past couple of years, and the guys at DLR Nordic should teach classes.

Great car buying experience. They stand behind the cars they sell. Only a month after buying a 2015 XC60 from them a brake pad wore out and they replaced it the same day I brought it in. It probably should have been replaced before they sold it to me, but its nice that they fixed it right right away.
