BEWARE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!! I got a Nissan Xterra in the middle of May 2017 and in the middle of July it starts to give me problems with shifting.. Pete was good at trying to help with it but when the so called owner stepped in he would say one thing then say another. First call to the owner and he says oh yes that make and model has issues with coolant going into the transmission. Wow why was that not mentioned at the time of sale? The first shop it went to said it was a bad transmission then he recommended a shop in Portland and he would go half on the bill. So it goes to Portland and when I tell him the bill is goes back on his word of half and says he thought it was just a small fix that was $800.00. NO the first shop it went to told them what the problem was. He then says how much he made of the sale of the xterra $800. Sale price was 7 thousand sum with a down payment of 2,000. Does it really matter what you made or the fact that you knew that make and model has a major problem. So reading up on Washington state LEMON LAW!! People please be aware of this place.. give dick Hannah a try.. traded the xterra with its problems to DICK HANNAH For much less then what they asked for a down.

They were really great and got us into a great car in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we havent even had the car for a few months and its already acting up. The shop they go through is full of uneducated mechanics that they got for cheap. Would not recommend taking your car to their mechanics. Although, they have been better to other customers but unfortunately not to us. They arent a bad company but the owner is terrible. They have good, decent cars and most of the employees are great, especially the financing guy.

I have really bad credit and needed some simple A to B transportation. It is really hard to save up money for a car and pay for bills and living expenses. I met Don who helped show me a 1997 Honda Accord. He was considerate of my time and showed me a great test drive. Peter their special finance expert helped me get a small loan to cover 2/3s the asking price of the car and tax and title costs. Thank you for making transportation independence happen again in my life!

Ive had issues with money and the guy I talked to was super generous about low down payment and bad credit. Hooked me up with a low priced great insurance that covers enough. Im happy I went through with this company. Ive had my 2007 Chrysler for just the weekend and everything seems to be perfect. Great on gas as well. I definitely would recommend and buy my second car here, I love it.

Dont recommend going here Im a mother of three n they put me into a sic thats falling apart n isnt helping me with anything in fixing the issues. The owner kicked me out n got mad that I said if thats how he ran his business n he told me to leave after a week of having the vehicle. These guys run a horrible used car dealership.
