Nothing, but good things to say. It was one of the few really good car buying experiences I have had. We drove from north of Seattle almost 200 miles. Partly because they provided really great pictures of the vehicle we purchased. It was exactly what was advertised, and the communication was really great. We had almost the whole deal worked out before we got there. I usually take my own financing with me ahead of time, but they convinced me to let them try. The rate we got was better than anything we found by 4%. Kudos to them for not gouging your customers on rate margin profits. The vehicle was listed a little more than Kelley Blue Book/ Real Car Value. It really was a pristine buy with low miles. I have prior auto body shop experience, and know what to look for as indicators. A Carfax report was provided which I don’t really believe in as anything more than a sales technique (you can research that yourself). More important to me they included a data sheet showing real brake, tire, etc life estimates, and already had parts on order for a running light housing that they noticed was broken. There really was not a lot to negotiate. Well worth the trip! Thanks for the great experience….

Art Kuzma is the first dealer Ive ever bought a vehicle from, and no doubt probably the only dealer I will go to in my future. Every person there is welcoming, genuine, and really cares about your experience and concerns before they care about the money. Also, they dont send your ssn to 12 different places to leave you with that many hits on your credit, they do it right the first time. Also, they only pick the best vehicles out there. Certified, one owner, and they dont buy from markets that are harder on cars, like the coast. Best customer experience Ive had from anywhere, and I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased.

I paid for the car 20 days ago. They havent processed my title document yet. I wonder if the DMV has a time limit for executing a title change? I paid over NADA retail value for a 2004 Lexus that I thought was in perfect condition. Within a week one of the window motors stopped working, probably not a surprise to them. The front end needs an alignment. It might have been in better condition before it became the car that the owners daughter-in-law chose to drive. This is my 3rd used Lexus and so far the first purchase to disappoint me.

sold an old woman a car with a problem. That woman is my mother in law. Now they are charging her double the going rate to fix that problem, that they knew about before they sold her the car. Also sold my brother a car with serious safety issues in the front end. Took them 2 tries to fix it, at full price of course. They had to know the front end was shot before they sold it, the car shimmied like a rap video backup dancer. I wouldnt do business with them if they gave me a car for free. Damned thing would probably get me killed.

I couldnt have scripted a more satisfactory transaction. Every step of the way was painless because Alan Kuzma is honest and pays attention to the smallest details to make sure everything is smooth. Their prices are really good too. I am going to start telling everybody I know about Kuzma Motors.

Thought I give a smaller dealership a shot and give them my business but did not want to negotiate on a car that was overpriced by 3k they said they were a one price dealership i ended up buying same model car for better price at other dealership.

We bought a car there about 3 years ago. Good quality, reasonable miles and fixed at no charge the AC when it broke a few days later. Took a couple visits to get it fixed right...but no charge.
