Let me start with that I am very cautious when I make any larger purchase, especially a vehicle. I knew specifically what car I wanted to look at, I had researched fair market value, and previous reviews of Luxury Sports Autos before deciding to visit this business. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by David and asked if he could help us. David proceeded to show us the car, then allowed us to review the vehicle without hovering. About 10 minutes later he came back and asked if he could answer any questions, and by his responses he was truthful and if he did not know the answer, he said so. I find this combination of honesty and absolute lack of any pressure very refreshing. It was as if his job was to help us, not just sell us a car. He offered us the keys for a test drive and again left us alone so we could determine if this was the car for us. Upon our return, he asked if we were interested and we were able to negotiate a fair market value price. We closed the deal then started the paperwork with Matt and another gentleman whos name escapes me. They were very friendly and personable as we discussed and signed the various documents. Excellent experience in the closure of the purchase. Matt was apologetic for all the forms and the time it took, but we knew it is legal requirement and they did not need to apologize. Then we were off with our new car. We did have a minor problem with the car just a few minutes from Luxury Sport Autos, and I called Matt and returned. They again were very apologetic for the issue,. and their mechanic had the problem corrected in about 10 minutes. The staff of Luxury Sports Autos really shined at a potentially difficult moment and fully satisfied our needs. Great Job, excellent ethics, and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you gentlemen.

Horrible customer service! I initially contacted this dealership with a pre-approved loan. They said they would accept the loan but were sure they could get me better rates than what I was approved for and asked me to fill out their application online. I took their advice and applied through their online system, which was a bad idea. After a day went by I called to see what the deal was and found out that the approval I came to them with was the best rates they could offer. They wrecked my credit score 50 points and for no reason. Despite this, they had the car I wanted so I decided to proceed forward. Then today the "Finance manager", Matt Jacobson, flat out lied to me and said it is Oregon State law that both applicant and co applicant be present at the dealership for signing. I questioned him on this statement, after a salesman, Don, said documents could be FedExed. Matt proceeded to tell me that he never said it was state law, yet I have a colleague whom witnessed and heard the whole conversation. In conclusion, I came to this dealership with a pre-approved loan for 10k over what the value of the car I was looking to purchase and Luxury Sport Auto FAILED MISERABLY to make it happen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Now the "finance manager" is saying i withheld information from them??? What poor business practice!

First let me say that I didnt know, "consignment" was a thing and that a service like this even existed. Now that I know, I wont be selling my vehicle any other way! I had put my Lexus on Craigslist back in August thinking it would be an easy task as I fancy myself a pretty good saleswoman. Well after about 3 months of the CL run around and dealing with people who were less than favorable I decided to respond to an email that I had received from Luxury Sport Autos. I was skeptical at first because it all seemed to good to be true. When I went in to meet with David I was pleasantly surprised to find the level of professionalism and their shop exceeded my initial expectations. Fingers crossed I left my vehicle with them to manage the sales process. 5 DAYS LATER I get a call and I couldnt believe the news. They had sold it for more than I said was my minimum I would accept! My only thought was to kick myself for not saving myself the time and coming here back in August. I dont typically write reviews unless Im upset or I had an exceptionally good experience. This is definitely the latter. This is the only way I will be selling my vehicles from now on and would recommend Luxury Sport Autos to any of my friends and family. Thanks again David, Joe and Mike!

I purchased a 2006 Lexus IS350 from them, and while looking at the car I noticed the touch screen was not working (this is a common problem with these cars) So I mentioned it and they said that they would fix it for free. It did take a while for them to get the part and fix it, but not too long. They drove the car all the way from their showroom to Battle Ground which I absolutely loved. A few minutes after receiving the car and them leaving the audio stopped working. (The previous owner had cut a ton of the wires on the amp in the back) but I called them and they were more than willing to take a look, this is even with the AS-IS warranty. ultimately they replaced the Amp which had fried, for free. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car and a place that will take care of their customers. I will be buying another car from them when the time comes. After around 4 months of having the car I have not had a single problem with it and am continuing to enjoy it still. Thanks to the guys at Luxery sport for making my buying hassle free and helping me out when I had the problems.

We went in to look at several trucks. Prices were great! Test drove one truck that we had interest in and found out it had a mechanical issue, was told it was fine. The mechanic came in and said the white smoke coming from exhaust was from sea foam he sprayed in the exhaust! I dont think they realized we came from a family who owned TONS of diesel trucks! Regardless we found another truck without issue, then was told that with the amount of negative equity on our car it would be hard to finance. We left there feeling defeated, was called back and said they would drop price on the first truck we looked at (one with white smoke exiting exhaust), just to get financed. Implied it was our only option. Was told theyd call us back the next morning, as we requested the truck issue to be further inspected, and never received a call back. Went to a different dealership, getting financed for a used diesel, including the negative equity on our trade in. Bonus is that theres no white smoke coming from the exhaust either!

Hard to say because I wasnt able to buy there, but they had really nice used vehicles that drew me in. Don in sales was personable and I never felt like I was slighted for not getting approved for financing. I am an out of state resident so I didnt qualify for a lot of their lending options, but they couldnt get me approved even through a national bank, even with a cosigner. I was quick to blame my circumstance and credit history, but the problem is that I turned around and literally a day later was financed, without a cosigner, somewhere else for essentially the same truck at the same price tag and only $1000 more down. So if your circumstances are at all a challenge, it may not be the place to go for financing. I never got to the point of how much they would actually give me on my trade, but I went in knowing fully my car would go directly to auction and what the value of it was there, and they did not try to BS me and devalue it further.
