Replacing my 5 star review with this 1 star. They sold me an F1 50. Same day I took it off the lot it started having problems. I took it back and they said that I could take it back if I want that they would fix it for free. I agreed; big mistake! I thought they were helping me out-hence the previous 5 star review- but come to find they werent at all. To keep it brief: months later the truck had been in the shop almost every month and some of its visits it had been sitting there for weeks before it had been touched. They rotated through 3 shop managers in the 8 months of doing business with them. The problem was not fixed. I told them that I appreciated their attempts but want my money back; I gave them plenty of chances to hold up theyre end of the bargain its past time for this to be solved. Brandon told me, "if you had been driving it for a week or so and decided you didnt like it then sure wed take it. But, youve been driving it for 8 months. We can help by giving you a good trade in deal but at the end of the day this is a business". About a third of those 8 months the truck was in their shop undrivable... Screw him and the rest of AAM. I traded the truck for a reliable vehicle elsewhere and any time the vehicle buying topic comes up in conversations Im always sure to tell people to avoid this place. This place sucks. Seriously people, do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Sooooooo here it goes, i promised that i would write these amazing people a review, and i was advised by someone close to wait until all my final down payment was done, so starting now: All American Motors (Richard, Todd, Brandon) have helped me tremendously in my time of need for a vehicle and were willing to work with such ridiculous conditions. They gave me one of their "best" car lots at the time ("best" in a matter of opinion "2008 Acura TL") and as a first time buyer it wasnt easy to find a bank who would willingly work with my "first time" buyer condition. However, these amazing people pulled it off and proved to me multiple times how understanding and genuinely caring they are of their customers. So the reason I didnt put 5 stars is because there was a few miscommunication and misunderstandings on both sides, but overall I recommend going to this beautifully fine establishment, because overall they give off the feeling of genuinely caring for their customers, and overall make you understand that they are just like us, wanting a car, whether it is our first car, or dream car...they will do their best to give YOU the best. On Record: 4/5 stars Off record: very satisfied 5/5 stars

I have always had a hard time trusting car sales men until I worked with all American motors. I bought a truck sight unseen being out of state and there had been a misunderstanding of $ 1,133 dollar difference that I didnt see until I got my financial paperwork. So I called and realized it was something they didnt have to honor because of my lack of reading the contract when I signed it but they honored it anyway. What car lot does that, only All American motors. I cant say enough nice things about my experience working with them. I got a great truck and they sent me a check for the difference of $1,133 dollars that they didnt have to. Thanks you guys I will see u again next time Im buying a new truck. True story for reals

I have been waiting to write a review for a month or so because I wanted to see how the truck I bought drove. Bought an 07 tundra there, super clean and nice. truck has been fantastic and am very pleased with it so far. service with Richard and the owners was fantastic. was not looking forward to the whole experience, especially from dealers but from the start of walking onto their lot, til I drove the truck away, they made it very easy and actually enjoyable. very fair and upfront with me, not shady at all. we agreed on some minor cosmetic repairs to be done as part of the deal and they completed all of those soon after I bought the truck. plan on going back when my wife decided to buy her car.

Just bought a car from Gordon at all American Motors. he was super helpful and easy to work with, there was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics, he provided a relaxed atmosphere that me and my wife really appreciated . With there full service shop they were able to do any maintenance that I wanted done to the car prior to purchase so when I drove it off the lot I had no worries. When there was going to be a one day delay in the maintenance I was having done they called me to let me know way ahead of time. The communication and follow up of this dealer was great. I will be back to buy another vehicle in the future.

I bought a vehicle for my son and they put on new front tires and did a front end alignment. After having the car a few weeks it started making a noise so we took it in to their shop. They said it was the rack and pinion. The replaced the rack and pinion and only charged us for labor. The car started making noise again and the service engine light came on. We took it to our own mechanic and discovered the rack and pinion was used and a tie rod was bad. The alignment they did on the car was terrible, the steering wheel doesnt line up correctly at all. Would not go back.

Richard was the best! I was helping my mom purchase a used car and stopped in at All American Motors because I thought the lot looked clean and well taken care of in addition to the nice vehicles. I was dreading dealing with pushy sales people, though. Our experience was quite the opposite! Richard totally made us feel comfortable and helped us find exactly what my mom wanted. He actually helped rather that pushed. His knowledge, friendly attitude and gentle helpfulness was perfect. Will always go back! PS...they worked with us to get a fantastic deal!

The experience with buying a car here was horrible salesman was lazy didnt do anything but walk out to the truck told me about all of his life problems and that was pretty much it Finance guy is a complete rip-off and the owner of this car dealership is a very scandalous individual after I test drove the truck and was sitting in finance to buy it they had a Salesman letting someone take the truck I was buying on a test drive I could not believe what was going on there dont ever go here you will get ripped off if I could give them 0 stars then I would

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. I dont care how badly you need a car, how broke you are, or how convenient it is. Do not go here. I have currently spent over $11k in repairs alone on a car they sold me. I had to replace the engine & turbo after 1 month, and found out 8 months later that it was a refurbished engine with 180,000 miles on it. Not to mention, had to replace the turbo again in february-$3800. Ive been working with the attorney general to try and get this resolved. But please dont go to this awful establishment.
