Seriously the best Mazda dealership within 100 miles from Seattle. I cant speak for other dealerships farther than that, because I didnt go to them, but Id bet that South Tacoma is still the best. Great staff! Very professional and courteous, and my car buying experience from them was surprisingly hassle-free and straightforward. Josh Faw is an expert sales consultant, and I highly recommend any other potential buyers to go to him for your next Mazda. I am a first time car buyer, so from the outset I was really paranoid, which led me to really do my homework on car buying. My previously poor experience with car mechanics and salesman throughout my life led me to wholeheartedly distrust anyone in the auto service or auto sales industry. So I was determined to not get ripped off. I read every article you could think of, talked with tons of people with a lot of experience buying cars, spoke with financial counselors, etc. etc. You know the paranoid feeling you get after you read all these articles about what to watch out for, like: "Buyers beware of any car salesperson who asks you how much you can afford a month" or "Remain non-committal and be prepared to walk away at any time. A car salesman isnt your friend. Their goal is to sell you a car for the maximum price they can, slap additional fees on to the bottom line, or mark-up your APR and pocket the difference." My experience with them was the polar opposite of this. I called and got a quote for exactly what I wanted, and Josh texted me the quote showing the Out The Door final price after taxes and all other charges. Then he sent me the VIN on the car to match the quote. Of course I compared his quote to other dealerships- but not a single one could beat their price. In fact, three of the other dealerships all told me that I was getting a phenomenal deal and that Id be crazy not to take it! It was almost $6000 less than the MSRP! The whole process was so refreshingly transparent, quick, professional, and hassle-free that I have literally revived my trust in the whole business and am left wondering if those articles I read had any merit at all! Of course, I know they do, which is why this dealership, and their sales team are absolutely top notch. They care about satisfying their customers and are really in this for the long haul! TL;DR : Highly recommend South Tacoma Mazda! The staff is excellent and Josh Faw is the man!

After our daughter bought a Mazda Protege in high school my husband and I really liked the dependability of the brand. The car was so reliable that she drove it for 10years and it had 260,000+ miles on it when she traded it off for a new Mazda 3, through South Tacoma Mazda, in 2015. The Mazda 3 was great but she wanted to upgrade a little so she traded for a new 2017 just this month. Both times she did all of the preliminary transaction over the the dealerships website. My husband had decided he needed a Mazda CX5 and bought one from South Tacoma Mazda in October last year. Every transaction with this dealership was a walk in the park. Our daughter did all of her ordering on line. Then my husband spotted the new 2017 CX5 GT on line and thought he had to have it. Again we went straight to South Tacoma Mazda and requested a hold on a red one as soon as one was a available. This was in November of 2016. Our salesman, Cort, did everything in his power to have the car we wanted ready for us as soon he could, The car is truly beautiful and has major upgrades and features of luxury cars. We drove the new Mazda 3 and the CX5 GT home on March 24. The weather over Snoqualmie was pouring down rain with snow in places. Both cars have excellent traction and handling features. You really need to actually see and drive them. Both Cort and Wallace were the salesmen for these cars and they are awesome. They will do whatever it takes to make you a great deal and at the lowest possible interest rate. Just tell them you saw this review. Happy Mazda Owners. The Macombers

Long time Honda owner in search of a new vehicle. After searching high and low for weeks, I came across this Mazda dealership. I was met by Wallace-cool dude, knows the cars well, doesnt pressure you, and will go to bat for you. Wallace made my buying experience smooth, despite some hiccups. In short, I was given an out the door price with finance options you couldnt pass up. When it came to sign on the dotted line, the price wasnt what I was told. To say the least I was upset. Wallace was kind and patient while he pointed out that there was an error. Wallace advocated for the original sale to be honored. Their sales manager, Tony personally came out to speak with me. At this point, Im thinking here comes the okie dokie, we cant honor our deal type of response. NOT the case: Tony was just as cool as Wallace, was extremely apologetic for the mistake and was more than willing to honor the deal. No fighting, no haggling-just standing by their word. Ive dealt with many car dealerships, and not too many are ethical. Im sure people have had bad experiences and at the end of the day this is a business-but these people here are cool. Mad respect to Wallace, Tony, and them other cats at Mazda. Yall stood by your word and thats not something I can say for everyone. So, big thanks to Mazda, Wallace, and Tony. What an amazing place I recommend Mazda Tacoma to anyone whos looking for a car i had a great experience purchasing car my salesman josh faw was amazing and he was on my side making sure Ive been taking care of and also the Rocky sales manager amazing man cool very friendly friendly place there is no pushing to buy a car theyre making sure you get to know the car that youre buying I went to buy a Mazda 5 and I just did and then for a second car Im planning to buy a CX-9 they offered me to go for long test drive and also they let me take the car home to make sure my wife likes the car there is no forcing to buy or doing any deal I believe they want to make sure they have a good reputation with their customer I never experience what they done to me the staff from management to the sales department most places they dont even let you drive the car too much to have mileage on the car but these people wants to make sure you are satisfied and give you enough time to make your decision again amazing experience I recommend this place to all my friends and family even the finance guy was spending extra time to find me a great great I cant tell enough good things and thanks to the owner of Tacoma Mazda to have the professional staff serving people and if you planning to buy SUV car makes sure you test drive a CX-9 youll be amazed what Mazda offering you
