Very bad incompetent staff. Took my 2005 truck with 130k in to be diagnosed as it had poor fuel economy and lack of power. $200 later and they said nothing was wrong. A few weeks go by and a check engine light is on, something to do with one of the cylinders. Long story short it had low compression in one, Had to toss it. Shame on them for not finding such an easy to find problem. The reality is there mechanics and staff are stupid idiots who couldnt get a better job somewhere else (they try because they hare working there)and are getting screwed over by their dealer Hansel auto group which is run by crooks. Had a truck in there a long time ago for a diagnostic... they said the engine was about to blow and wanted me to drop $8000 for a new one plus labor. We still have this truck with the same engine. Regarding FORD as a company, their trucks are very poorly designed. Ive had loads of fords and you can tell that the designers dont give a damn about the maintenance and repair of these vehicles. Things are always hard to get at simple jobs are made difficult due to clearance issues as the designers only consider final assembly in the plant and not years down the road when you need to take a valve cover off, change spark plugs, or exhaust manifold. These flaws add hours to even the most simplistic task. Wanna change spark plugs on a 5.4 triton motor, its not going to take you hours it will take at least a day due to how difficult the access is if your lucky! It can take a week if the spark plugs break off in the block.

I would out 0 stars if it was an option. Hansel Ford is exactly where dealerships get a bad name from. Slimy car guys. Even the "manager" tony ayala could think of nothing more then trying to get every grl that walks past him in bed. Shocked he hasn't gotten the company sued for sexual harassment yet. Funniest part of this horrible experience I had looking for a car was hoe the sales and management team "tony" sat there verbally slamming the owner of the dealership Justin hansel I believe it was. For how pathetic he was and how lucky he is everything got handed to him in life because "he sucks" .... very professional guys. I'm far from impressed. Actually disgusted by the way you all carried yourselves!!! I usually am bot one to create waves for anyone but this was over the top and I will share it with the public. So no none of you can sleep with me, Tony. And Im sorry you hate your boss Justin so much! I also know for a fact that half the sales staff including Tony Ayala has serious drug problems. Funniest part of it all is Justin Hansel, so pathetic according to there sales manager. Id love to meet this silver spoon baby who would be at Walmart if his daddy didnt hand him everything according to Mr Tony. This post is not here for amusement or a joke. It is the TRUTH all of it!!!! The way I was treated and the things I saw and heard will not go away so easily! People will know. This is a small step in being heard

Horrible! my Mom works for a government organization and in charge of the GSA fleet. She called Hansel to schedule an appointment for service which is about an hour away from the office. When she got to her appointment, Jason who is works in the fleet department told her she was not in the system for an appointment and also said they may not take GSA. This is the Fleet service department of Hansel and he doesnt know if they take GSA? He then told her he would see the car if GSA approved it. So my mom left the car and about an hour and half later called to check on the car. Jason said they wouldnt service it until the next day and my mom had no ride back to her work which was an hour away! She then called the scheduling department and spoke with Mary, and Mary did indeed say that my Mom was on the schedule today! I dont know what is wrong with the fleet department at Santa Rosa Hansel but this is the worst service my Mom has ever encountered and does not recommend Government organizations to use their service! Horrible, Horrible! No accountability either with any of them!

I recently bought a camper shell for my 2016 F150. I noticed that the tailgate did not have a lock. I called Hansel and asked if they could order a lock for the tailgate. Kent the shop foreman ordered the part and was very attentive to return calls and schedule the install. Kent called me back and explained that my truck may have an electronic actuator that was malfunctioning and that my truck may already have a lock installed. He advised that I bring the truck in so they could inspect the tailgate. When I brought my truck in for inspection Jason (fleet manager) assisted me with great professionalism. Jason had a mechanic inspect my tailgate and within 30 minutes (without a scheduled appointment) the service crew at Hansel had a new electronic lock installed under warranty at no cost. To say that I was impressed by the service I received is an understatement. My expectations were immensely exceeded. Hansel is my service dealership for life!

One of the worse experiences I ever had. Went in there about 3-4 months ago to look at cars, was shown one car , and then when they were going to try and get me loan Dale had me sitting on his desk for over 3 hours doing nothing while he went to talk to some other customers, complete waste of an afternoon. Jeff was just as bad, extremely pushy and got annoyed when his tactics werent working when I got my mother to come in and was about to co sign with me. He was visibly upset and kept trying to get her to sign. He didnt care about "helping" us out or getting the "best" deal. Dale seemed a bit more compromising and was willing to let us select a lower priced car if I wasnt able to qualify, Jeff on the other hand wasnt as compromising. He was unwilling to work with me or my situation, would not even think about getting a different care, and was completely rude and unprofessional, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Poor customer service, at first they always seem nice but they take zero credibility on anything and just plain dont help out and the cars they sell are not reliable at the very least.go anywhere else Im telling you you arent missing out by choosing a different dealership. They are a typical dealership but they dont do the small things to reassure me like calling me (or even calling me back heck)to notify me they are done with my vehicle. Being put on hold just to get transferred to a answering machine. pretty much rude the nine yards unless you are purchasing. Even then its sketchy advice and information. (Even false and withholding ) info they provide.place is bs all the way around .most reviews on here are bad and the good ones go by name so they probably know the people who own it and want some good reviews to counter the bad. I dont think anyone who has truly delta with them have been helped properly.
