RUN FAR and FAST ! You can pretty much bet any good review on here they paid someone to write or is a family member of one of them. There is no other way this place could have been rated with a 3.4. My experience with this company was by far the WORST and after posting a warning on my FB page, I found out that several other friends of mine had the same bad experience. Coincidence....NO!!! These people are dis-honest and you will waste your money! They are scam artists. My first clue should have been when they told me just to write anything on the finance application. Everything they told me they lied about. I could probably go on with a novel about their lies and incompetence but I will try and sum it up! I did figure them out by the end... and Thank God it is over (only because I got rid of the rolling pile of poo vehicle they sold me) They do not inspect anything on the vehicle, no safety inspection, NOTHING! They simply clear codes and put it on the lot for sale. They do this because They include a 3 month AUL drivetrain warranty on all their vehicles and if they dont inspect it and hae to foot the bill for the repair before they sell it to the un-knowing victim, they get paid by AUL to fix it when you bring it back. What a concept for a scam artist, who could care less about the safety of your family. When you bring it back, they have some backyard mechanic (he was a joke) "fix" it and both him and the dealership (or lack there of) get paid by another company and you get a terrible repair and huge hassle to deal with. I purchased a vehicle for $16,000 and had it inspected at a dealership. The transmission was going out, brakes metal to metal and many other problems. This vehicle needed $10,000 worth of work. I took the vehicle back to the dealer and after dealing with the rude obscene salesman, they would only agree to put a used transmission in it and refused to provide paperwork with the details of the used transmission and replace the brake shoes, nothing else and would not take the vehicle back. They had the vehicle in the shop they work with for a month! They told me every couple of days..." it will be ready in a day or two", lie after lie about the vehicle. The loaned me my van I traded in promising a better vehicle when they had one to loan me. Then they loaned me Honda Element. They rear axle felt like it was falling off when you went over the slightest bump and I could not reach my infant in the back, not safe for us...oh and the radio didnt work. I expressed this to them and they attempted to put me in a Chevy Subarban. We didnt leave the lot before the check engine light came on. So then they put me in an Infinity, that was a nice car until the check engine light came on and it over heated (pegged max in the red) in the Home Depot parking lot and I had to leave it there and have someone come get me, and take me there to get yet another vehicle. They then stuck me and my infant in a car they just took in on a trade that day, that was full of cigarette ashes and dirty. I had to clean it for my infant to ride in it. After I finally got me vehicle back, the next week the service power system message and light came on, then the vehicle would not start. Then when my husband traced down the rubbed through wire (fire hazard) and fixed it the check engine light came on, THEN the driver window would not roll down!! UGH!! At this point I am pulling my hair out! I ended up having to get rid of the vehicle and lost $6,000 in the deal. I am a hard working mother of 3 and was completely taken advantage of. There are several of us that will be getting together to stand on public property in front of this business to save other victims from them. Its that serious! NIGHTMARE CITY!!!

I was looking to buy a 07 Ford F350 and I found one at Dream City-- A silver 07 Crew Cab, with 109k some odd miles, lifted and priced at almost 29k. Drove up from Salem to test drive it. On the way over to I5 to get it up to speed, I noticed the check engine light was on and the turbo gauge was pegged at "0". And the truck barely got up to 55 mph. The rep was with me on the test drive and he said that "hed get someone to look at it once we got back". Well, they did look at it and the guy that "fixed" it said that a cable or some such was disconnected. We sat down and they were trying to close the sale that day, but I had to leave and told them Id be back the following Monday and do the deal, while also letting them know that I wanted to have it checked out by an independent diesel mechanic before I bought it. I returned on Monday, took the truck for another drive and the check engine light came back on. So obviously, I was a concerned. Still they were trying to close me right then and there. While sitting there waiting for them to figure out why the check engine light was on, their sales manager came out and said verbatim, "we have a new turbo for it and it wasnt installed, so well do that for you." Alarm bells instantly went off in my head, but I really felt like I still wanted the truck so I took it to a diesel mechanic. Once back at Dream City, I was waiting for the tech from the diesel shop to give me a call to let me know what all needed to be done but couldnt wait any longer and had to get back home. I left and told them Id give them a call and let them know what the mechanic had to say about the truck. He called me on while I was on my way back to Salem and he said the truck needed several thousand dollars worth of repairs relatively soon! After the shenanigans, I would have been out 31k for a truck that I found right here in Salem, with a full top-end rebuild for a bit under 20k-- A far nicer looking truck and one that I can rely on for another 100k miles. In summary, if you go there be VERY careful and skeptical about what you buy and how hard they try to close the sale. Get it checked out BEFORE you negotiate.

We bought a F150 truck from this dealership and we are completely dissatisfied! We had several issues with the truck and Im thankful we went above and beyond to purchase the full warranty! We took it in and the warranty fixed over $800 of issues and we paid the deductible (which the dealership swore up and down there was no deductible) and an additional $200 for what the warranty did not cover. The salesman told us the vehicle was towed behind a motor home of the older gentleman that had traded it in and that is why it had a front hitch on it .. telling us the mileage is not true mileage because it was towed. Come to find out, the vehicle was a rental truck!!!!! LIES Recently we had a tire blow and went to buy new tires for the truck. This is after we removed a screw in one of the tires when we bought it and didnt notice .. and after we had the tires balanced because there was an awful shimmy. We had our truck in the local tire place twice and on the 3rd visit when we went to buy new tires we were told that the tires on the truck were passenger tires, not light duty truck tires! (something they should have notice when we took it in the first time!!!! - whole other company though) Some of this is my fault, I should have listened to my gut with the salesman, there was something about them that fit the profile of "cars salesman" and the fact that they wanted WAY more than the truck booked out. We haggled for 7 hours with them ... Since we drive more than 5 hours to Portland to look for a truck, we also had our 3 and 4 yr old kids and my mom with us. 7 hours!!! Lesson learned .. I wont be back there to purchase a truck or any other vehicle! Another family member bought an F150 with similar miles on it privately and have had no issues with it. Its a shame that they will lie, cheat and steal to make a dollar.
