I contacted this dealer over email about a Chevy I was interested in and wanted to trade my Ford F-150 in. The only response I got back was this "Would not know till i see it Thanks Kenny". So I replied saying I could take photos or whatever to try and make a deal before I drive 3 hours one way to their dealership. Then I get this response: "If you would like to send pics go ahead but i will not put a hard number on it till we see the Truck, I know trucks and they are either really nice or have been abused and there is not usally anything between Thanks Kenny". So I reply saying what is my incentive to drive over and that it doesnt sound like they want to make deal. Obviously at this point there is no effort being made so he replies only with "sorry you feel that way, have a great day". That was it. I tell them great Ill just share my experience online since they didnt even bother. After I said that I finally get a response that showed effort for the first time: "Excellent!!! I have been very polite with you sorry but at the end of the day dealers need to see your Truck, Im sure you will find a dealer that will tell you what you want to hear and then play games with you when you show up< sorry for trying to be straight with you but how serious are you did not even give us a phone number or vin number or pics so HOW serious were you!!!! Thanks for your time ..Kenny" and another "Not to mention thier are about 25 to 30 diffrent set ups for 2013 F150s let me just pull a number out of my hat and Guess which one you have XLT XL FX4 Lariat Platium King Ranch and is it a Reg Cab supercab crewcab Long bed or short so again how serious were you!!!!". The only thing serious here was making excuses. I dont know if this dealership is bad but I do know this Kenny guy is awful. Go somewhere else!

My wife and I had been looking for a particular vehicle (year/model) for several months. We finally found what we were after on Craigslist, but unfortunately not in our local Craigslist. We decided to go ahead and give Cars to Go a call and found the sales rep to be very helpful and in fact I probably called him back four or five times with all kinds of questions. He was honest and detailed with his answers which made me feel good about making the trip over to Portland from Bend to see the vehicle in person. We arrived to find the vehicle looked just as good as all the photos (not always the case with other cars weve gone to see). We ended up buying the vehicle and just love it. What really impressed me and motivated me to write this review was some after the sale support they provided which absolutely surprised me. The number of car dealers in Portland can be overwhelming, but my wife and I feel very fortunate to have found a diamond in the rough so to speak as they truly take excellent care of their customers. I would highly and without a doubt recommend Cars to Go for an outstanding car buying experience. For those East of the Cascades, completely worth your time to drive over and see these guys!

We traveled to this dealership for a vehicle from Everett area in Washington. We were told one thing and when we got all the way there we were told something completely different. Then the DVD system in the car would not eject our DVD. Tony the car salesman did not offer top replace it or anything! A few days after this terrible experience the general manager called top get my side of the story. I explained what happened and he said that they would send me a first card to replace our DVD. Then after he spoke with the owner about this matter he called back to say that they were just going to send me a check for $100 for our trouble:) I feel like this does make things a little better. Im glad they did the right thing. Though I wont gp back to Oregon to but a vehicle, they did somewhat redeem themselves. And Im sorry if Tony got fired, but you dont treat people like that!

I bought a truck about a month ago from Kyle. Kyle was very honest and friendly going through the truck buying situation. He gave us space on making the decision. He would always ask about how he could help us through this decision. He never put pressure on us to buy the truck. He continued to show us other options and let us know when we are ready he will be there to help if necessary. For a small car lot they are very helpful and friendly. I will look here to buy my next truck or car due to the atmosphere Kyle and his coworkers had. They wanted us to look at vehicles and not feel pressure about purchasing vehicles. This small car lot made us feel like friends instead of clients. Thank you again Kyle and staff for the great experience.

Mario was the auto salesman to assist with finding me a new car. I let him know the price range, style, and preference in car I wanted. He stayed focused on my needs and there was no pressure to buy that day or spend more money than I could afford. They took the time to negotiate an auto loan at an affordable rate. As a single mom, and working less hours it has been difficult to find a dealership and car that I can afford and get approved for a low rate loan. I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord that is comfy, affordable, and drives great! I will keep Cars to Go in mind when I decide to purchase another car or recommending a dealership. Best dealer in the Portland area! I recently bought a 08 Acura TL from this dealer and it was the most stress free experience. I have been to many dealers around the Portland area in the past few weeks and always left not happy with the service but here at cars to go the service was outstanding! Mario was an awesome sales associate and answered all of my questions and set up my test drive and was never pushy once but was determined to get me the best deal. His manager Kenny was a huge help to seal the deal making me one happy car owner! This is the best car dealership around with the best people. Definitely go check it out first before any of the other dealers...you will not be disappointed!

Cars To Go was my 2ND stop and I was just "browsing". After looking at a few cars with the 1st associate, Aida came to my rescue! I explained what I needed and my unfortunate situation. The first vehicle she recommended was it! I fell in love right away! I really wanted this car but didnt think I could afford it. Aida worked hard to get my payments down and affordable and now Im an owner of a 2010 Chevy Equinox! My family loves it and I dont think my kids have ever been so quiet on a ride, thanks to the DVD screens! I cant thank her enough for helping my family out! Thank you for knowing exactly what we were needing and going to extra mile to make it affordable!
