Purchased two cars a year ago. 1 car has been great so far, but it is barely driven so I dont know if it would hold up to daily use. If you are looking for a mini Cooper for the love of everything go elsewhere. In just the first few comments you can see that the minis they sell break down. They bragged about how fast they fly out the lot, but failed to mention customers are complaining they dont go much further than their property line. First car failed after less than six months and it hasnt driven since then. I have three other cars so I held off on repairing the vehicle and my commute to work is almost within walking distance of my home. So I finally decided to get it repaired last month and Unfortunately the repairs equal to 85% of the cars initial price. I didnt buy a 2k clunker from the lot, and given the price I didnt expect it to fail within a few thousand miles of driving. I actually owe less on the loan than the price to fix it now. When I initially went to purchase my car I wanted to get into cars that were half the price and were actually the styles I wanted. No matter what car I picked in this range the loan people claimed there wasnt enough value for them to make a deal. At this price I would have made a down payment for half the price and would have paid the car off in a year. This tells me that their priority is to money not customers, which is unfortunate because the people who run the lot and use their loan services are nice people for the most part. In the end I feel like I was forced into buying this vehicle after several hours of tag with them. I actually mentioned that and they said that isnt the case but had no real options for me except for one other vehicle that wasnt anywhere near what I needed for fuel economy. I should have saved another month or two and outright purchased the vehicle I wanted, but circumstances (between jobs) then forced me put my faith in them. Unfortunately that was a mistake. While my family is much better off financially now paying almost 5,000.00 to repair a vehicle within six months after a purchase puts a burden on a family no matter their fiscal situation. I was planning on purchasing another vehicle from them this summer in the 10-15k range, but now I dont think I can confidently utilize their services for car purchasing again. I urge anyone who purchases a used vehicle from any lot to anticipate repairs equal to their purchase price unless buying a certified used car from a manufacturer backed dealer... And even then... be weary

BUYER BEWARE -- ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE YOUNG My friend bought a used mini cooper here and the very next day the car began shaking viciously whenever she braked. She found out it was the timing belt and after contacting the dealership they agreed to pay $300 for what ended up being $1200 in costs (part+labor) the dealership claimed that they paid half and offered her to visit their shop but their shop quoted her as having to pay $1200 estimate but that it could be more. After fixing the timing belt the problem continued and her mechanic has discovered that the car has more issues that are quoted at $650 for just the part no labor. We went to the dealership and kindly told them the problem but before we even discussed solutions the manager suddenly became extremely rude to which we replied that we would be contacting bbb, osha, etc and writing yelp reviews. They then asked us to leave so I asked for lawyers information but they said they arent the owner and dont have a lawyer. I left and came back to speak to the actual owner of the business who automatically started the conversation off rudely. The conversation then escalated where the owner and his wife began screaming and yelling at us. The wife was stretching and holding a mini hammer as she was yelling at us. My friend just needed this car to go to and from school but since day 1 was lied to. Everywhere has told her that these problems only occur after 100k miles but the odometer only reads 75k at the time of purchase. Be careful purchasing from this rude and insincere dealership. I feel that they took advantage of my friend because shes a minority woman. Make sure to read the "Unrecommended Reviews" of Yelp because there were many negative reviews there dealing with similar issues. I feel like these people dont think we will follow through with our words on contacting bbb, osha, lawyers, etc.

This place tries to overprice you. The price for the car does not match with kbb. They are willing to sell you a car thats only drivable out of the lot but when you start using it for your commute it starts to break down. They are morally wrong for selling you a car where the timing belt was recalled but they never got around to fixing the car. They have their own private mechanic so they cant say they didnt know whats wrong with the car. They are only nice to you at the beginning but when you have a problem with the car and you come in to talk to them they talk down on you. Who cares if youve been running a business for 15 years when you dont know how to deal with a customers satisfaction. Instead they tell you to leave and they have no customer service. Did i mention that The car has been in the shop longer than it had been driven. Had the car for about a month and its been in the shop for 2-3 weeks now. I would never recommend my worst enemy to even come to this place. If you want to be chased out when you have a problem then come to this place, but if you wanna get ripped off and talked to like a non-human then come. Oh yeah some lady was also holding a hammer and yelling at us the whole time. They didnt even let us talk and the whole time all they could say was deal with it. They treat their customers like they dont know what their customers are talking about. If i can give you negative stars i would but the lowest is a 1. Your welcome.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Do NOT buy a car here. My parents bought a white Ford Escape at an agreed upon price of $4938. Then they saw the charge on their card for $5938 -- $1000 more than the sticker price of our car. They called the dealership and Brian "Rusty" Slater said "You bought the silver Ford Escape for $5938." There had been a silver Escape at that price, but my parents explained that they bought the white one and were overcharged. Then his crony immediately changed their story and said that the white Escape had actually been $5938 and the silver one was $6938. They bullied my parents on the phone in a condescending manner, stating "Ill bet you $100 youre wrong!" and said that it was already a done deal. I can see from the other reviews that this is simply how they do business. Horrible customer service, shady business practices, and a very costly rip-off. Stay FAR away.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! So I drove down here after seeing a great price online for the car I wanted. Of course I get there and they claim to have never posted the car at that price and tell me its $2,000 MORE than I saw it online. They eventually agreed to to come down and get close to the "advertised price" but once I stated I was losing interest in their "bait and switch" tactics they started trying to intimidate me. Regrettably, I really wanted the car and just tried to brush off their BS sales moves. I ended up getting the car for a few hundred over the online price and had to fix several "small" issues that they must have forgotten to mention. Lesson: Dont but from here unless they have a specific model you are just dying to have.
