October 16, 2015 Dear Bruce Titus Nissan Olympia, I just wanted to take a moment to express to you my appreciation for your company and staff, two team members in particular; Jeff Hill and Mike Abbott. We came into the Bruce Titus Dealership expecting to get the same runaround we have gotten several times before from ‘other’ dealerships, but what we got was the exact opposite of that. My fiancé and I have two small children and were in need of a better car but unfortunately we have less than great credit, which we’ve been working hard to fix. When you’re young it’s hard to grasp just how important your credit is, until you really need it. We have been to several different dealerships and it was a complete nightmare! We were treated like we didn’t matter, like we were a waste of their time, we were offered extremely high interest rates, crazy down payments and unmanageable monthly payments. We were even talked down to but with Jeff Hill, it was different. Jeff understood that no one is perfect, he understood our needs and financial status. Jeff negotiated for us and worked very hard to get us into a car that we could afford. When others would’ve given up he worked harder! When we walked into the Bruce Titus Dealership on Friday, October 9, 2015, we were treated like we were somebody, like we mattered to them. For the first time in a dealership I didn’t feel like “this is all you can get, take it or leave it”. I didn’t feel out of place. They made us feel like we were an asset to them and they were happy to have us, poor credit and all. Jeff took the time to explain everything to us, made sure we understood it all, mike too! Jeff put us into a 2012 Nissan Altima, a perfect family car for us and I LOVE it! He was able to negotiate an affordable down payment as well as an affordable monthly payment, he even assisted us with getting a great deal on insurance! And while we were signing all of the paperwork, Jeff had one of the staff members (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) get the car ready. When we walked out to our new car it was cleaned and shiny, inside and out! Not only did Jeff get us a great car that we desperately needed, he gave us something more than that, a chance. This ‘second chance’ that he gave us not only helped in that moment of need but it’s also going to help us do what we’ve been trying to do for so long, reestablish our credit. Jeff made us excited to make the monthly payment, because now it feels like there IS light at the end of the tunnel, there IS a way out and our future is looking bright. So again, thank you Jeff. Purchased a truck from these guys and I have to say easiest fastest purchase ever. They were great and didnt wast my time.. Great service, professional and overall the best experience purchasing a vehicle in my life.. 5 stars all the way.. Will see how service is when I need oil change or repairs. Gonna be hard for the service department since sales department set the bar so high. Thanks guys... Here is an update! had my first oil change and it went well did great vacuumed out the truck quick service, got free car wash when i purchased the truck but on this service trip it was to cold out so they couldnt wash it so they gave me a car was ticket at a local car wash, that was great. Another update! So i took my truck in for the second oil change and tire rotation and that went well as expected very nice people, however i asked for a car wash and this time it was sunny out. They called me and said my truck was done so i paid and went out to my truck to leave. Im looking at the truck and ill be damned if they didnt wash it, or vacuum it out! You know i get things happen but when your told that it will be washed and vacuumed out and it is not it really pisses me off, dont say your going to do something if your not! I am a guy that is loyal to a fault when it comes to consistency, so they will get one more chance to do it right and if they cant get it right then i can go else where for service.. i know it might look like there going to get what they want but let me explain yes they wont have to wash my vehicle so they get out of doing that to a customer but they dont get my money anymore, most business are out to make money and how they do that is with return customers not once and done. So if they want to continue to get great things spread about them by word of mouth they will do whats they say they will do.

I originally met with Tony Chavira to shop for a better vehicle than the one Id been driving for 3 years. Tony was as nice, knowledgeable, as friendly as I could ever hope for, and not at all pushy. After shopping every other dealership for three days, it was clear the compact cargo van he showed me was the one for me. When I went back, he was busy with other customers, but immediately connected me with Sarah Rice. Sarah worked with me throughout the process, with Tony popping in many, many times to make sure everything was going well, that I was being taken care of, happy, and to provide more information and options. I have a difficult time making decisions regarding large commitments and both Tony and Sarah were helpful and supportive, without ever pushing me. They were committed to serving my needs without rushing me in my process. After I made the decision, Sarah stayed with me to the end, even helping while I’d transferred all my things (a huge amount) from my trade in to the new vehicle. Bob Barker helped with all the paper work and was also friendly and supportive. I had to go back the next day to drop off paperwork and both Sarah and Bob were immediately ready to help me. Bob took care of paperwork and Sarah got the keys so I could make one last check in my ex-car for things I might have missed in the dark. The ONLY reason I can’t give Bruce Titus Automotive Group all five stars is because of my interaction with their sales manager. I found him a distasteful and harsh individual. Frankly I wouldn’t buy a candy bar from this guy. I came very very close to walking away from the whole deal. While I love Tony Chavira and Sarah Rice, my one regret is the possibility my purchase of a vehicle from BTAG might in any way bring credit to this sales manager.

We came in to bye a used car Ryan our salesman was great!! Also Shawn in sales was also great. We bought a used Toyota, Three weeks later the service required light came on when I was comming home from Tacoma I contacted my wife so we could take care of the service light. My wife called at 2pm, when I came home my wife stated that no one has called " she had left a message as no one answered when she called". So at 4pm I called again, no answer I left a message no call back again. So in the Am my wife called back and talked to the service Department Talking with the service Department they said they had no equipment to check the light call Toyota. Well Nissan advertise on their website page they work on all models. We bought the car from them so we wanted to have them service it. When we bought the car I asked if they put the car on the code reader I was ASSURED "yes it was, Now they say they didnt have the equipment to do the service light. So Someone is lying, now I am thinking what else are they lying about... When I called Ryan and explained our situation he gave me a number to call about this I am assuming this is a managers number GUESS WHAT NO RETURN CALL. "SURPRISE" Son now I cannot even look at this car without getting upset I went to Hanson Kia and got rid of the car and actually bought a new car. The communication to the buyer at Olympia Nissan is not their concern sell the car then walk away. I cannot believe the "Management" Team does nothing about concerns of their coustomers still waiting on their Call. No way would I suggest anybody to bye a car at Olympia Nissan.
