My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Robyn and Randy. The first one was a first vehicle for our oldest daughter when she turned 16. We found a Jeep Cherokee that was in our budget and bought it with no pressure. There were no problems with it, our daughter drove it for several years until she was ready to buy herself something else. We returned to Emerald Valley 3 years later to buy our youngest daughter a vehicle. Again, found a vehicle in budget, no pressure and left satisfied. No issues with that car either. The last one we bought was about 3 years ago when I needed a daily driver. Picked up a Dodge Durango that I am still driving every day. We will absolutely return to see Robyn and Randy if we need another vehicle - they have years of experience and value honest interactions with their customers, which is what keeps them in business. I highly recommend Emerald Valley!

The owner is a POS. I saw an ad for a car and decide to go check it out. The car was in a previous accident (which they failed to report on the ad). The car looked like copmlete crap. Both the front and rear bumpers were installed half ass. The paint didnt match and this retard still had the nerve to ask 5500 for a 99 GS integra. The extior was in poor condition at best so i moved on to the motor. While inspecting this i car i wanted to check the motor mounts so i reved up the engine. The owner got out of the car screaming at me. (Im a certified mechanic i know what the hell im doing) i have never been so disrespected in my life. Ive delt with people and sketchy dealerships like this before. If i can give any advice avoid this place. It will come back and bite you in the ass. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

We are from Germany and started our roadtrip through the USA in Seattle, therefor we looked for a bigger car. Bought a big van at Randys and Robins shop. They were very friendly and everything worked as it should, no problems at all. The title took a while but we wanted to start our trip so they offered us to send us the title to the place we stay when it will arrive. This also worked perfect! We are very happy we bought our car there! Thanks again for everything!

The worst delar. I decided buy a car. I have promise that day. I came back next day. I expected get a great car. But that car already gone, because other man bought it. SO YOU SHOULD NOT BERIEVE PROMISE with this delar.
