I recently bought my second vehicle from Payless Automart and the best part is that I still have my first one and they are both great. The customer service is top notch and the car buying experience is like working with a friend of the family. They are helpful and kind and genuinely interested in finding you a car that suits you the best! My favorite thing about being a Payless customer is that I no longer need to worry about finding a good honest mechanic. They have a full service shop and have good relationships with shops that handle niche car repairs and service as well. .Payless truely has all of their customers best interest at heart! Finally, they are flexible and understanding when it comes to payment.. I cant say enough good things about Payless Automart. From car buying, to maintenance, to customer service, to payment, they have mastered their craft and make the customer experience a dream.

I cannot say enough good things about Payless Auto Mart, as this family-owned, used car dealership is all about “excellent” service. When it comes to purchasing a used car I only trust Payless Auto Mart. They renewed my faith that integrity, honesty and sincerity are real—that’s how they run their business. In fact, I’ve purchased more than one vehicle from them during the last six months of 2016. Even if you don’t live nearby & you’re in the market for a quality car, truck, van or an SUV, it is worth the drive, as you’ll drive away with peace of mind. I also like the fact that they don’t sell salvaged titles, unlike other dealers. Also, if you tell them what kind of vehicle you’re looking for—if they don’t already have it on the lot—they’ll locate just the right one for you, and within your budget.

Customer service was horrible. I came there about 1030am. Nobody spoke to me and my wife as I entered through the doors. I walked around to see if anybody was working. 2 people on computers minding their own business. Kinda strange not to get a greeting when trying to buy a car. So I say excuse me Id like to buy a car a man says take a seat sales man will be here shortly. 2 hours later in still on couch and nobody came back to say anything to me. I asked excuse me sir where is the sales man. He replies I thought he was here but Im not sure Ill leave your paperwork on his desk. 2 days later I call back to see y I wasnt called back after I left my contact information. And they say oh we will call u back..... smh these people are horrible. Hope they all get fired

Professional Staff, Clean cars and Good Deals I found the car I purchased on Payless Automarts website. Mike accommodated my busy schedule by arriving early to work and showing me the car I was interested in seeing. Its been nearly two months and I absolutely love this SUV & it will last quite a while! Payless Automart obviously makes conscious decisions when acquiring vehicles and they make assurances that their customers will ride off in safe and reliable vehicles. I got my SUV from this location and let me tell you it was the most comfortable experience ever. Now let me tell you in short words that my credit is not too good but with my wife combined we both was able to get a vehicle. I have had a repo on my record since January 2016 I went in after completing a credit application online and got my vehicle around the end of September. Basically just when you feel low about your credit score and you may think you may not qualify for a car try anyways you might be surprised that these people can make magic happen. But dont ever mess up on your payments ever again.

My wife and I called and were told to come in to sell our Chrysler Pacifica. They advertise that they buy cars, but totally blew us off as soon as we walked in. One guy passed us off to another, and the other had someone else come tell us that "he might be willing to do a consignment, but he doesnt really want to mess with it now." Customer service is non-existent here. Add that to the near impossibility of getting in and out of the parking lot, and I will NEVER visit them again, and I will always tell people that there are much better options when it comes to used car lots.

Ive had my car now for 14 months and no Major issues. The few Small issues that did come up where taken Care of Immediately. The Staff there are the best and the Manager Mike he is so Awesome and far he will go out of his way to help you. Ive never experienced that at any car lot Ive ever delt with. The top used car dealer. I have bought my car 4 months ago, changed only the oil (which is always required, cuz u cant trust the previews seller). The car is in perfect condition. I have passed already 40k miles (im traveling a lot) and not even a simple noise. Ive bought 2002 Chevrolet Blazer 4-Door 4WD LS! My advise if you need a car visit this used car dealer, they offer cars in very good condition for very affordable prices!

Got in a personal bind and needed a car asap with the minimum down. Applied online and had a phone call within minutes following up. Went into the dealership said Mike i need that one and I only have this much and this bad credit (snap snap ) boom! Done! drove away in my new used escalade. We even referred a friend the following week he got cleared and purchased his first new car. Great service. Highly recommended.

Great people to do business with. Great products, fair prices, and superior customer service. This morning I tried to go to work, only to find my keys locked in my car. Since I am new to the area I didnt know who to call, so I called Payless. Within 20 minutes they had a guy at my house, and within 2 minutes I was off to work. They found a loyal customer for life.

Dont waste your time at other dealers getting the run-around or the hard sell. I am a happy customer. Stop in and visit them, or look at the inventory online.
