My experience was horrible. I was invited by one of your salesmen Brian Rassmussen to come down to your dealership located at 150 N Sunrise Ave in Roseville, CA on Friday 07/17/15 to look at a vehicle. I met with Brian which overall went okay, but his approach towards me was a bit pushy. Since he and his manager Jeremy were not able to complete the financing on that evening, he stated he would follow up with me the next morning. When he followed up with me the next morning on Saturday 07/18/15 his approach towards me was insulting and condescending. He made a rude comment about me wanting to “get a thumbs up from my friends” and assumed the car I came to see a (2014 Dodge Charger) the previous day was the car of my my dreams, as well as a car I more than likely could not afford. Brian kept trying to encourage me to consider other cars that I had made clear to him I was not interested in. Then he made a comment about a “Bentley" being his dream car and that sometimes we just cant afford the car of our dreams”. As if I didnt have a luxuary dream car as well. Keep in mind that Ive been doing business with Enterprise for nearly a decade, and have always been treated with dignity and respect until the conversation I had with your employee Brian this past Saturday morning. Due to this unprofessional car purchasing experience with him, I will never do business with Enterprise ever again and will make sure that I tell everyone who I know that may have a need for a rental car or car purchase not to consider Enterprise. By the way, I just purchased a new 2013 Charger from Hertz Auto Sales who happens to be one of your biggest competitors. When I met with Hertz they conducted themselves like real professional Car Salesmen, and gave me a wonderful car and purchasing experience that I will be telling everyone I know about how good they took care of me. Not only did they treat me with respect, but they also were able to help me get the car that I actually wanted for the price and monthly payments I could afford.

Wonderful experience! Matt, Chris and Joe were very professional, patient and helpful. Golden 1 Credit Union and Enterprise had a great program and they worked well together. After getting pre-approved for an auto loan at the bank, Matt contacted me. I really liked being able to go through their inventory on line, which included: a no haggle price, vehicle overview, vehicle features, pictures and free Carfax report. I picked a vehicle and printed the information. I made an appointment for the next day to test drive a similar vehicle since the one I was interested in wasnt at the Roseville location yet. It was at the Sacramento location going through its 109 point inspection. It was available in a couple days. I test drove a similar vehicle with Matt. I liked it. However since the vehicle that I was interested in wasnt available yet, Matt, like a good sales person suggested a nicer more expensive vehicle to check out. I checked it out and liked it. Chris wrote it up and he gave me a great quote on my trade in. Unfortunately the monthly payment was too high for me, so I decided to wait for the vehicle I first picked out. Joe called me in a couple days to tell me the vehicle was at the Roseville office. I met Joe and we checked out the vehicle and took it for a test drive. I liked it. Chris wrote it up. I signed lots of papers with Joe. We took some pictures. Shook hands. Now I have a great vehicle. During the next week I found a few minor issues that Chris and I are working through. I am very grateful for everyones help in getting this vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. I even told them I would do a commercial for them, for free.

`I have rented vehicles from Enterprise for years and I have always been very satisfied with the service and the condition of the vehicles. I decided I wanted to buy a Chrysler van so I thought I would start with Enterprise Car Sales. I searched Enterprise Car Sales and found the perfect vehicle a Chrysler Town and Country. I printed the information, and on June 9, 2016, I walked into Enterprise Car Sales, 150 N. Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA. I was contacted by Josef Holguin, and I explained that I had a vehicle I wanted and gave him the printout. The purchase was very smooth and easy. The vehicle I wanted was in San Jose, and I assume it would take a couple of days to get the vehicle moved to Roseville. I was wrong. The vehicle was delivered the same day all clean and ready to drive away. There is always a ton of paperwork, but Clay Kempain, reviewed all of the documents and made the process understandable and absolutely painless. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales, to anyone who is looking for a good used vehicle and want to avoid the usual stress of purchasing a vehicle. I would particularly recommend Enterprise to those who are in their 60s, 70s(thats me) and 80s. No high pressure and the process moves at your own speed.

We drove about 100 miles to attend a conference and stayed in an hotel next door to the Enterprise showroom and lot. My wife and I had been talking about getting her a newer car. Before the second day of the conference had started, I walked over to the lot, I introduced myself to a young man, Matt Barva. Matt had seen me looking at the inventory. I asked him 1. Do you take trade ins? yes, he said. 2. I want to see a silver or white Impala and Malibu. 3. I will be back tomorrow after the conference between 5:30 and 6 PM. This exchange took 2min. max. perfect! Time is very important me. After the conference, Matt had a silver Impala and Malibu parked side by side for our inspection and test drive. In a very short time, Matt sold my wife her beautiful Silver Impala LTZ. she is a very happy woman! Matt Brava is an outstanding person who happens to sells cars, Thank you!! And Clay, the Enterprises loan rep., was also very personable when engaging in the delicate environment of personal finance. He is a PRO. Thank you all, so much for the excellent and friendly service and a wonderful experience. We will be back, and recommend our friends to Enterprise Car Sales and of course, Matt. This is a old review but the customer service was awesome. I purchased a SUV from the Roseville location. They provided me a trade in credit. They listened carefully and didnt try to oversell or pressure me. I am a very critical person and I pay careful attention to detail and people who promise one thing and deliver something else in a binding contract. NOT this company. My personal experience is that they are above par as far as customer service in car sales and car rentals. I have experienced both! When they learned that my spouse was overseas and working hard, they were especially sensitive my family needs. This all took place in 2006. In 2012/2013, they reached out to me to see if I was interested in another vehicle. I was definitely in need but could not afford any payments at the time. There was no pressure. They tried to accomodate me but I declined as I didnt want any monthly payments. They didnt pressure me. I have a tremendous amount of respect for ENTERPRISE the company. Awesome customer service, professional friendly employees, no pressure, and a "fairness" in business dealings that is simply unheard of in car sales. Keep up the great work ENTERPRISE :)
