I have been in this store several times. Things are often mismarked and the staff needs to be better trained. I paid for an item with cash and received change for $10.00, not the $20.00 that I gave her. When I called her attention to this, I was informed I would have to wait until the drawers were counted down that night and the manager would then call me. I have never heard from Dianna (the manager), I have gone to the store twice to speak with her and shes never there, and Ive called several times but she is always unavailable and never returns my call. Be cautious when shopping here and never pay with cash!!!

Pretty nice selection. But at almost any given time, there is a grand total of TWO people working in the whole store. On rare occasions, three. Check out has three registers and one person running check out. Although I was impressed when the guy running check out had 2 registers running instead of one. Kudos to him. He was polite, too. There has been a few occasions where I went in the store, grabbed some stuff to buy, and then saw the ridiculous line only to put my stuff down and leave. I dont have time to wait in a 15 to 20 minute line for stuff that I can actually live without.

Sent defective product back for one that worked properly. Customer service would not refund the $16.62 I paid to send it back. Regardless whether they noted I called or not the postage had to be paid. The original price of the product was refunded but not the postage to send it back??? Is it fair that I should have to bear the cost to send their defective product back to get one that worked??? No! Very unfair and poor business relations. I will NEVER order anything from JoAnns online again.

Best joanns Ive been too. I love this place. Lots of selections, lots of discounts and things always on sale for cheap. Sometimes its way too much but I really love this place. Today for what I got was a little overly priced I think but thats fine. I still love this place. Also I love whenever Im in their they always stop and actually walk over to help me find what I need personally. The girl today went around the store to help me find stuff. I love the customer service at joanns.

Walked around the store for quite some time looking for a specific fabric and then finally asked for help. The woman at the fabric cutting station simply walked away to search for it and never returned to tell me she had not found it, she just started helping someone else with no regards to me or my request. The customer service is awful and the service time is slow. I dont suggest wasting your time with this place if you actually care about positive interactions with the staff.

Jo-Anns is fun store with a lot of items. But there is never enough help. If they are at the cash register, forget about help at the sewing counter. I really wish at least theyd put a bell out there! Today someone saw me waiting, and she ignored me. I finally just gave up and left.

Who Ghost There

No matter the coupons or discounts, you will always be charged too much for even the most simple fabric. Making the blanket I wanted with fabric from here was going to be $120.
