I needed help finding a specific item for a wedding project. Ive been back to the store several times over the past three weeks. Kasey Lynn searched through some overhead stock, and couldnt find it. She offered to search through todays shipment and then call me later today. But wait! She offered to call the Corvallis Michaels store and found out they had it in stock. The Corvallis person is going to drive the item to the Springfield store tomorrow so Ill have my project finished in time for the wedding. Kasey Lynn went above and beyond any service Ive ever had in a Michaels store. THANK YOU Kasey Lynn! ! !

Lots of learning tools to keep the little ones learning all summer long. How about a bright summer bouquet that wont wilt and die off? SILK flowers in all sizes and types. Well.. I went on line to order a product a month ago.. It of course ended up being a "in store only" item. so I called this store to request the item .. I have yet to see it and never got a call letting me know it was in. Ive called today 4 times and each time someone answers my call but then we are abruptly cut off.. Needless to say I feel they really care less about me or the product Im looking for.

My wife and I love this craft shop and Ive been shopping at Michaels for over a decade; my mother even used to teach painting classes at another store. Their retail prices are a bit steep on some items, but they have great deals on the holidays and some pretty nice discounts if you shop wisely.

I do alot of tiedye and have got to say that micheals is an essential part of my supply chain, their Gildan ahirts are often on sale and very affordable and Aunt Ltdias crochet thread is the best. Dont buy their tiedye kits though, go for procion dyes through dharma trading co.

Great craft store. Covers the stuff that Joann doesnt carry although I wish they did carry at least some fabrics. This craft store has a large variety of painting items, kids crafts, flowers, yarns, baking items, scrapbooking and jewelry.

Very good selection of art supplies, craft supplies and frames. But prices are high without their frequent sales and/or coupons, so plan your visit with coupons for what you want before going.
