Store is unorganized and a complete mess with fabric and product stashed every which way except neatly. Tripping hazards on the floor, boxes and carts of fabric in the aisles. Severely understaffed on the floor, but clerks seen walking around near the back room, NOT helping customers. Waited 15 minutes to be checked out. Only 1 clerk at the resister who didnt know how to ring up a special order. She called 3 times for help, her 4th frantic yell into the pager finally brought 1 clerk to check out. By then line was clear down the aisle. Its a disgrace that they treat customers this way. We are waiting to give them money to pay their wages and they cant be bothered to come to the registers to collect it. Management needs to go, start a clean slate of staff who care about and are trained in customer service.

I ordered a pre-made frame because the store was out of a certain size. They called to let me know when it arrived, and then it took two different people about 10 minutes to find the frame when I got there. When I got home I realized it was one size larger than what Id ordered. I called the store and talked to the lady whod placed the order. She tried to explain that shed ordered the right size and didnt understand why it was wrong. I had to tell her that all I wanted to know was did they now have the correct size restocked so I could exchange it. Somewhat confused staff and store needs to be more organized.

Our local Jo-Ann is a great place to go for crafting goods. Many of the staff are knowledgeable in various areas and ready to trade secrets, talk shop and discuss projects. I find that as long as there isnt a rush that staff will take the time to help you through many of the steps of working on your project . I havent personally attended any of the classes hosted at this Jo-Ann yet, but Im glad that they have a classroom now and that local sewers, bakers and other hand crafters are running classes there.

I have been to this Joanns at least 4-5 times and every time I go in crafts are strewn about and there is not much inventory. When I ask an associate (this has happened multiple times) they are rude, and treat me like Im an idiot for asking even though it is impossible to find anything in there. They lack even the simplest craft supplies also.

Dont shop here unless you have no other choice. Waited more than 25 minutes today to get 1/4 yard of trim cut; with more than 20 people waiting in line at the cutting counter, many with multiple bolts of fabric to cut, the manager was unwilling to move staff from stocking to cutting counter or to go to the cutting counter herself.

I do not feel like this location is adequately staffed. I can never find anyone to help when Im looking for something specific and end up looking through a sparsely stalked inventory for way too long. I will, however, continue to shop here because they do have good sales, especially during the holidays.

Ive been shopping here for years and can say without a doubt that its one of my favorite stores in town. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They always seem interested in what youre making and do their best to help you even if they arent familiar with what youre doing.

Good place for craft, scrapbooking and sewing supplies, and its the only place in town that sells fabric (aside from quilt shops, which dont have the variety). They also have a lot of seasonal decor, which is usually in some state of markdown. Big, but sometimes a bit untidy.

I love the sales, and GREAT coupons, either on your phone app, or coupons in the mail. Nice people, can get busy and you may have to stand in line sometimes, up to 10 minutes. Going after 6 the store is very quite.

Great store, long lineups, not enough staff. Only one register on and one cutting, more than 20 in each line. Poor staff taking constant complaints, not their fault, mngmnt needs to step up.

Just two cashiers available and 40 waiting customers. Lots of missed sales due to the wait. Management needs to staff more people on the weekends. Its down right ridiculous.

At their busiest time they have 2 out of 9 cash registers open. The line is 15 people long. Several people have abandoned hope and left. Poor, poor, poor customer service.

This is the place for fabric and craft supplies in Bellingham. Frequent backups at both the cutting counter and cashiers, so give yourself a few extra minutes
