Small store, not a lot of stock. Still had October/November decorations out when I was there... in February. Where is the merchandiser? Definitely doesnt carry the "in" stock like bigger stores. Half the paper/scrapbook section had massive holes, or was just flat out empty. Smallest scrapping section Ive ever seen. One, possibly two rows. Cashier seemed put out when I wanted to use a coupon off of my phone. I dont foresee myself going back- Id much rather drive to a bigger store in another city, or use Hobby Lobby in town or go to Corvallis for Michaels where they keep the store stocked up AND current.

I love going there, just to look around and get ideas, or go there and get what I need. The sales people are usually helpful and nice, except 2 people that have been there way to long. They rarely smile and tend to get irritated if you ask a question, and if you dont hear them the first time, and ask to repeat what they just said. Watch out cuz that really sets them off in a crabbier mood. Sometimes I dread going in there because of those 2 peoples attitudes.

We got exactly what we were looking for. The cashier knew nothing about the app, coupons or even how to read her register. That was disappointing. She deferred my every question to the manager.

Rude to my grandson and I. Havent been there in years, because they were rude then. Wont go back! No reason to be rude to a 7 year old. He wasnt acting up. Even if he was, who is the adult?

The employees are friendly and helpful. They always seem willing to answer questions or help you find something in the store. The store is also clean and well organized.

Friendly service,doesnt have the same selection as the JoAnns Super Store but sometimes they have things the bigger store doesnt.Easy to find what youre looking for.

I have been a customer of Jo Anns for years. In the last few years I have found the selection dwindling. Holly Lobby and Walmart have taken business from them.

This is the place for beads and other crafts. Far better selection than hobby lobby and not politically controversial as far as I can tell, unlike hobby lobby.
