When I was at the checkout line, I was one of 14 people waiting for a cashier. There were two people on duty, one of whom seemed to be researching a problem with an ottlight, so no other customers were being served by her. I peered over the line barrier and asked if they could request another cashier, or two. Another cashier arrived, but only replaced one who was already there! After 12 minutes, I finally reached one of the two cashiers and asked if everyone was on break. I was told they had done all they could by requesting another cashier, and they werent in charge of staff scheduling. I suggested maybe the manager should come out and provide some backup. This happened on a Wednesday, at 12:30 PM, not a holiday, not Black Friday, no doorbusters or any other special offers other than 50% off items that had been at that price for at least a week (according to my sales flyer). Give you customers the service they deserve, and give your staff the proper back-up!

A big store with lots of stuff. Only gave it a 3 star rating because their fabric was a bit difficult to sort through as the fabric bolts were crammed into the racks and I had to really work hard at getting to see the fabric information on top of the bolt. Also their prices are pretty high for lower quality fabric. And often employees cant answer my sewing questions for specific types of threads and needles to use with specific kinds of fabric. I just get a blank stare. But this is not just limited to this store alone. That part goes across the board in a lot of stores.

A fair selection of sewing and craft materials. Prices can be a bit high compared to Amazon, though they often have coupons and other specials. Employee availability is really dependent on how busy they are. Sometimes its really quiet, but other times it is packed. Some employees can be really helpful to those who are new to sewing. My wife took a class and felt the price was a bit high, especially considering it didnt cover any supplies. The teaching was good though.

Great crafting store. Getting fabric cut can take a long time. Cashiers are extremely slow. I waited for over 20 minutes while a cashier gabbed with a lady who didnt have the Joann App. She explained the how to download the app and waited while she downloaded it so the customer could get a coupon....meanwhile the line grew and grew. Customers who dont have their coupon ready should be forced to pay full price to keep the line moving.

There should be a limit to how many fabric bundles you can have cut at one time. Two ladies have had the only two people working at the cutting counter for over 45 minutes. I am writing this his as I wait by the counter. They are now serving 92 and have been for the last hour. People are just waiting by the counter. I just want two yards cut.

NASTY. I went in today to ask about hiring, and was overtly regarded like an outright criminal, as though I had just been chasing people around the parking lot with an axe. Getting simple responses out of this person was like pulling teeth... I havent been treated so deliberately horribly immediately of the gate since small-town Indiana.

Of the two locations in the area this one is the largest and best staffed, however it gets so busy and it is hard to find help when you need it. Not to mention the cutting counter is a bit of a joke, it takes so long I cant buy fabric here. My husband and daughter would make the whole visit miserable due to the long wait.

Great customer service always. Been going here the past year for supplies and crafts. I love how many coupons they ALWAYS have available. I always get a discounted price whenever I go shopping there. Always saving money. Love how many things they have. Jo-Ann has had what Ive needed for all my projects.

Waiting in line took forever to find out I have to go back to get the fabric measured when it was just rems an about a yard but they cant do it at the cashier. Says nowhere on what to do. So went to get measured, took about 15 min. Then go wait back in the slow line. Not a quick in an out place.

Great fabric selection and the fabric attendant let us in on a deal through downloading the app that saved us about ten dollars. Clean store, well lit, and stocked with enough stuff to get you lost for hours. Just wish they had a better origami paper selection.

Great fabric store, their sales are decent. Wide variety of stuff. Mostly geared for those who sew, bake, or home decorate but still a good craft store. Make sure to check out their Joann app to get access to coupons.

Smaller store than some Ive been to so variety and what they carry is limited but has basic items. Wait in checkout line can be long depending on time of day and if sale associate know to call for back up or not.

Good fabric selection but seems to be over priced. They have a lots of items for around the house and for creative crafts. Usually can find what Im looking for. Friendly staff.
