Edited- so I just went back to the store again last night. Im changing my review from 4 star to 5! The staff is just so amazing I have to! Totally different staff from my first review, but still just as awesome! I will gladly pay a little more and shop in a slightly-too-dark store if i continue to get phenomenal customer service! Keep it up! Let me start out by saying how amazing the staff was last night! Super helpful and accommodating! They were closed too and didnt tell me. I had no idea and was just shopping unaware haha. I didnt know until I overheard a customer asking if they were closed. Not once did they rush me or make me feel bad for being in there. They even were so kind to help me look for a few items i wasnt able to find. Thats unheard of in retail anymore! 5 stars for service!! I will say i dont usually shop here, though. I feel like the prices can be a bit high and the store always seems too dark. But they have a good selection of all the basics. I continue to go here over the years, even if its not my first choice. But after last nights customer service i might be a more frequent customer! Especially, now that I have taken up watercolor painting.

First.....I will say something nice. The stores is great, and theyve got a huge selection of all sorts of cool things to do and make. Now for the bad part. In MY experience, those younger folks at the cash registers seem to have a "what-EVER" attitude. I picked up some coupons about sales and asked the clerk about it. She said "I dont know" I asked another...."Im not sure about that". Does it take a rocket scientist to say "Im not sure, but I will FIND out for you and let you know"? It was a question about the sales in the framing department and all they would have had to do was call the frame dept. The clerk at the register HANDED me the coupons, but didnt have a clue about them.

I like their stuff, when its not damaged. But if you are looking for any kind of customer service... you wont get it. In all the times i have been there , there is only two people who have ever been kind or helpful.you get ignored, walked away from or just plain rude. horrible service. And i am not a hard person to please

Ive gone to this store to find drawing supplies and books and both times Ive found what Im looking for (and probably a bit more). They seem to have a great selection of fabric, picture frames, and painting supplies. If youre looking for a well rounded craft store with a large selection, this might be the place.

So disappointed! ! Drover 5 hours in crummy weather to get some much needed craft supplies that I cant get in logan utah, to be greeted by a sign on the door that they were closing early due to weather. Lights were still on and people inside but doors were locked. Waste of my time and gas.!

Bought 4 packs of expensive markers and half out of each box didnt work. When i returned them the lady who helped me was rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. So my husband had to go back and return them. And this all took place 30 min after i bought them.

They crowd the fabric counter so bad that it is hard to even get to the counter. When a sale is on just forget it. I have seen may people put stuff back and walk out. Those stupid rolling racks block entry to the counter. Used to be easy to shop there but not lately.

Ive consistently had BAD service at at this location. After my last visit -- I wont be going back. The attitudes of their staff ... erggghhh ... I just cant believe they are still in business. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT shop here!!!

I love shopping at this location. I rely on their expertise in the framing department when framing photos for business and personal. All other departments are well stocked, the store is neat, and the employees are friendly and helpful!
