Ive come here off and on for years. I know. Im a teenager. But, that doesnt mean I cant sew and craft. The floor really does need a deep cleaning and there are dust bunnies in corners that the staff doesnt seem to notice. Ive also had several visits that resulted in me being in a sour mood because the staff either doesnt know what youre talking about or they dont care. Either way, Im going to buy online, unless I need something right here right now for a project. Good luck!

The woman in the yardage dept. On 08/18/2017 was so helpful with my husbands foot drop brace. She picked out the correct velcro strap the correct length. Our physical therapist was so impressed with her knowledge. We live about 20 miles from joann fabrics and she deserves a raise for her kindness and knowledge. I have difficulty reading far away so I couldnt see her name tag, but it was about 945 to 1000 am on August 18th 2017. Thank you.

I worked here and one of the managers named Stefanie is so rude to the companys employees and even the customers! Nothing is ever organized, the store is filthy with huge dust bunnies and debris on the sales floor. This is the worst Jo Ann Fabrics ever. Dont waste your time here and go to a Michaels intead. Youll find what youre looking for no problem.

Its not the best JoAnns location Ive been to, but its also not the worst. Selection is average for a midsize store in the chain. There are a few small fabric and craft stores in the region, but other than a Michaels about a mile away theres no other chain competition in the region for a sizeable radius. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful.

The best selection for craft & sewing supplies. The coupons are great, available either in the mail or on the app. They are usually understaffed, and not able to give much help regarding their products.

Very clean and organized sales floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Can be congested by the front door, I wonder if someone in a wheelchair could navigate through? There is plenty of parking.

I love craft stores, my only complaint is that there arent people on the floor to ask questions very often you really have to go find someone or ask a fabric cutter but they are normally busy.

They mail you coupons if you sign up for it, but when you actually go to spend them everything in the store is already "discounted" or they mysteriously become invalid. Service is spotty.

They were so accommodating, making calls to other wear houses to make sure that I was able to get the fabric my daughter chose for the "Mother of the Bride " dress!

A great selection of fabric, the employees went out of their way to make sure I was able to get the online discount. It was a large savings.
