Wynter Wynd

I loved this place when it was first opened. Im used to Texas sized Michaels, so I was disappointed with the size, but still happy. Now, more and more, the stock has switched to only carrying more of this and less of that. So of you happen to be one like me and are not into what they carry, your kinda stuck ordering online. And Im very sad that a store that offers call decorating has SUCH a limited supply of Wilton products. Im still going to give 3 starts as having this store is better than nothing.

Express Deliveries

While expensive. Coupons are readily available with the app that arent too annoying. The people arent exceptionally helpful with the exception of the supervisor (gray haired. Funny) and one woman that was docking shelves. The cashiers are almost universally dismal and seem to hate their jobs.

Just one time I would love to go into Michaels and not get argued with by employees. Every visit the excuse for wrong pricing is ,"somebody that doesnt work here must have moved or repriced the item". Nothing is ever priced correctly. Never.

Most of the time the service is not great but as I stand outside the store as it is closed down even though the hours say they should be open, and I checked ahead of time so I wouldnt waste a trip, the service is exceptionally poor tonight

Customer service is seriously lacking, but they generally have what I need when I need it. Its easy to go online and score a coupon, and make sure before you drive to Eureka that what you need is in stock.
