Prices are good, for a Walmart Supercenter, we already had a regular Walmart, in a town of only 15,000 people) (that they tore down the towns only standing, landmark, historical drive thru movie theater) to build it. It has poor staff, poor selection of items compared to the Walmart they just built 15 miles away, shelves always a mess, tire center cost me a head on collision, destroyed my 69 convertible blazer and the $2000 dollar tires I just bought by being so incompetent, they used my stock wheels nuts and not lugs and the wheel came off doing 60 mph with a passenger, then denied all responsibility and I got stuck with my dream vehicle I chased for years, in a heap with nothing but 3 rims salvageable... The grocery section is the only thing I go there for but whatever you do, DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM WALMART!! Both stores near me sold me rancid meat 4 times before I just quit. And lastly, dont put someone with absolutely ZERO experience with electronics beside Netflix and the iPhone in electronics!!! Thats just plain stupidity. Put one of the nerdy PC gamer fanboy kids you have stocking the shelves, in electronics... They will keep your lines short, can answer questions on to face to face customers, as well as on the phone, and actually have first hand knowledge of the items being sold in that section! Better chance of making the sale! Thats sales 101! Sigh... /end rant/

Every time I visit this (and most all) Walmart locations, I can (almost) never find help from any associates on the floor to help me find certain items that I am looking for. The old adage, "How may I help you?", that was once worn on the vests of all employees; is, sadly, long since, a thing of the past. Its nearly impossible to find help on the floor of the store whenever I shop here. This has been the case for nearly a 6-7 yr. period now, in my experience. The best help that I have received in this timeframe had been, primarily, from the elderly employees, whom are probably making the least income of their fellow associates. There are, some exceptions. But, frankly, they are too few and far between. Its DISAPPOINTING, what this establishment has turned into nowadays.

I received an RCA tablet from my son for Christmas. The writing was so small I could not see it (even at the largest font). I was told it could not be returned because all electronics had to be returned within 15 days of purchase (I did not have the receipt). This was Dec 28th! I figured they were busy and confused so I came back a week later and was told nope we do not take back electronics without the receipt. What a bunch of BS. I received over $15k from and insurance award and I spend more than 8k in Dec alone at Walmart. Never will I give them the time of day again. I would rather pay more and get better customer service. I dont think these people are trained very well, and they are not very smart.

The people who work at the Lebanon, Oregon WalMart Pharmacy obviously really hate there lives and there jobs. I have filled a prescription there about 7 times and each time its no different. The women at the drop off window and at the pick-up desk have the worst attitude and are very rude. One time I scrambled to get there on time and even though I was in pain they refused to help me because I was 1 minute past closing time. There is always some sort of problem. Some of the problems were reoccurring issues, but they just never did anything to correct it properly the first time. I would drive to Portland before I would get another prescription filled from the Lebanon, Oregon WalMart Pharmacy ever again.

The quality of their products are reasonable. The appeal of the store is eh and the service is HORRIBLE. As for the cashiers there are a select few I will go to. they really need to put the "old" people on slow registers like speedy checkout because the long register lines can last forever. I was a cashier there and people would specifically look me up because I was fast and didnt waste too much time with small talk although not being rude in the mean time. but the management sucks. they have really bad customer service skills and they need to shuffle out some of them and then maybe it wont be so bad.

Took my wifes Toyota Rav4 to have the oil changed. They couldnt figure out how to get the oil filter out. Ended up taking it to the Toyota dealer....no problem. I took my 1996 Jeep Cherokee to have my oil changed and manual transmission and transfer case topped up with fluids. They said they checked the transmission fluid. I just put 3 quarts of gear lube in it. It is a clear sign of the lack of training or just plain negligence or both. I will not take another vehicle to this Walmart to get any vehicle maintenance. Shame on you Walmart for having such shoddy work practices.

I used to work at Walmart, (not this location,) and as of this edit, the standards set by corporate are just not met very well here. The Lebanon store runs a skeleton crew, so its not really surprising that corners are cut. Theyll have a lot of what you need in stock, most of the time, but if your shopping EXPERIENCE matters to you, maybe steer clear of this location. That said, if experience is your measuring stick, probably better to avoid Walmart in general.

10-22-16 today three pair prescription glasses. Desiree (my first impression and front technician) Matt Knecht (my next impression and eye doctor) both sold me on Walmart eye care. They were thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Walmart for your great eye care services. I always shop here before going to work. Who doesnt love Walmart? I prefer the self check out. I can get everything I need at Walmart for less than other popular chain groceries.

I realize that this may seem like an odd review but if you have ever lived in a small town you will understand. A place like this not only provides jobs and a place to purchase things you need, it also becomes a place where you see your friends and catch up on what is going on in their lives. It is as much social as it is business. The customer service is great here and they almost always have what I want.

Hardly any lines are ever open so checkout takes longer than it should. Customer service is lacking which is to be expected I suppose. Its worth it to me to go to Safeway and pay more. Produce quality isnt great, poor service at deli counter. They lost one of my online pick up orders and didnt do much in the way of helping out. Even the "manager" I spoke with was unaccountable and rude.

Have what I need for my household things. Dont keep good stock or restock very well at all. Waited 3 weeks for them to get headlight bulb for car and were still out, went somewhere else. Poor customer service on floor. Dont usually like rude shoppers that are always there, but not Wal-Marts fault. I dont buy my meat or produce there.

This Wal-Mart seems to have a hard time training there cashiers. They are consistently having difficulties getting coupons to scan. Then you hear the CSM declare in a very whiney, shrieky borderline rude voice, "If we cant scan it we refuse to accept it!" Just breath maam, smile and RELAX.
