I have to start out by saying I shop at Target a lot, and have truly come to LOVE the store, however after my experience last night and today I may no longer be a customer of this store. I waited in line for over 4 hours to get one of the door buster TV specials. I was after one of the Apex 32 inch LCD TVs for $147 that were advertised as 1080p in the ad. I got one of the them and some other items. At no time was any signs posted, nor did anyone say anything about any discrepancies about misprints in the ad. When I got home I realized the TV was only 720p, so I called the store and spoke with a manager who was extremely rude and pretty much told me that there was nothing that he would do and that it did not matter that it was not a 1080p because I am a woman and would not notice a difference anyway. I then proceeded to call corporate and was promised a $15 gift card (for the trouble) and that I would be able to get the correct TV. Then the representative told me to go back to the store and they would fix the problem and hung up on me. Well after talking with the store again, they again said that there was nothing they would do. I called corporate back and was told I would have to call today to talk to the right department. When i called back today after having to speak to different people who had no idea what they were doing, I was transferred to a supervisor who said that she would honor what I had been told on the phone, and that she would send out the gift card within 7 to 10 days. I then asked about how I would get the correct TV and was told that they do not have that TV in a 1080p and that all she could do was the gift card. She also said that stores were supposed to tell people in line about the misprint in the ad, signs were supposed to be posted, and that at checkout the cashier was supposed to advise each person buying this tv about the misprint. NONE of this happened, we were never told in line, there were NO signs, and we were NOT told at the register. I am very disappointed in Target in the handling of this matter, while I know mistakes happen, it is ridiculous that they are not going to honor what I was told they would do. The only other option that I was given was to return the TV for a refund, but since all door busters at other stores for TVs are OVER even if I returned it I will not be able to get a deal on a TV that I was shopping for. I truly wish that Target would handle their mistake and give me the TV that was advertised or a comparable one. I would even have paid a little bit more if they would have been willing to honor one of the other door buster TV deals as a good faith gesture but they are not even willing to do that!

I went to Keizer Station Target on 2/18/2014 and the parking lot was almost empty so I assumed that Target would be able to get me in and out (I had never been to this one before) That wasnt it at all unfortunately. The employees back in electronics completely ignored me while a man was buying at least 20 xboxs (..When I bought one a month prior in salem they claimed only one per guest when I wanted to get 2....)and not worrying about anyone else. Although the employees didnt help me, a girl named Debbie who claimed she was only cell phones(which made sense due to the fact she wasnt wearing a red shirt) did. I told her what CD I was looking for and she looked it up on her phone and she led me straight to it. Once we had found my CD she talked to me about cell phones since I have a broken iphone 4S and she even had the ability to look to see my upgrade date, thankfully I only have to wait another month... I wont be coming back to Target for anything besides cell phones now since the cell phone employees are the only ones willing to tend to every guests needs instead of the ones bringing in the most money.Target overall was relatively clean, there were CDs out of place but I expected as much when I saw that there were toys right across from the CDs and kids could easily wander across the walkway and mess up the CDs. 5 star rating for the cell phone section, 3 star for target.

Ordered basics like kleenex and tp online for pickup (because sick with flu). Picked up. Happy not to walk store while sick. After unpack, found lotion kleenex, but ordered plain basic kleenex (allergies so need plain). Trip back to store to exchange. Story follows, but never once did Target employees say sorry for their mistake that cost me time and considerable effort. NOT a customer friendly store!! This is when zero stars were earned. After waiting in return line, employee #1 didnt understand why they gave me the wrong product (explained twice showing online order on phone). I just wanted an exchange. Employee #2 came to "help." I explained again. She is confused because she says they gave me the right product. I explained again that a 120 count lotion kleenex is not the same as a 160 count basic plain kleenex. The lightbulb comes on and she understands - calls to have correct product brought to front (although doesnt say not lotion just plain). Employee #3 cant figure out what 4 box pack of kleenex to bring. I have to go to the far corner of the store to get the correct product. If I had not already paid for this online, I would have walked out of this store a lot sooner! Employee #2 never once apologized but acted like I was unreasonable. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst experience in aTarget store in my life. Because they choose to stock during store hours, most of the store aisles were not handicapped accessible (in violation of ADA laws). So I was not able to purchase most of the items that I came to get. I arrived around 8:15am, and was told that the aisles would be clear around 11am if I wished to come back after then. This was not in reference to one specific aisle, but to ALL the aisles (pallets, full shopping carts, cases of merchandise, empty boxes, etc.). Furthermore, when checking out I was told that this Target does not allow my SNAP benefits to pay for the deposit on the beverage that I had just purchased (in violation of state law!). Thankfully the cashier had a nickel, as I had no cash, and did not wish to use a credit card for five cents. I am seriously considering filing charges against the store, as the violations of federal and state laws are so egregious. As a long time Target customer, I am baffled and disappointed with the decisions made by this stores management.
