Lame staff very ghetto and unattentive...the girls at the cash wrap were helpless and needed a manager for everything and by the time they tracked one down 30 minutes had gone by...this place does no justice for having nordstroms in front of their name ....the products were all cheap and pretty much a joke

I finally gave in and drank the nordstrom.rack Kool-Aid !! Only had time to shop for shoes but I found two pair that were perfect and many other secondary choices if I wanted. I got the cutest pair of pink and black vans on sale for $16.50!!

Ive been to many Nortdstrom racks in the U.S. and this place is pristine compared to all of them. Likely because it is so new, this place is a gem in SR. The prices are good but the clearance isnt as great as other locations for some reason.

Its the Rack, what can you say. Big with lots of stuff. Prices seemed higher than in Burlingame, CA but maybe theyve gone up all over.
