I was looking for a bra for my wedding and originally thought I needed a bustier. When I asked where they were the woman asked about my dress and what I was needing. She said I really only needed a strapless bra. She asked the support I was looking for and if Ive been measured. I said no but told her my size. She replied nicely that she didnt think that was correct and told me what size she thought I was. After measuring....she was right! She got some bras and gave me the one she thought would fit and work best. After trying on a few I knew the first one she picked was perfect. I wish I could remember her name because she is a bra fairy! Thank you for the help and service. I never felt pressured to buy but couldnt pass up the perfect bra and service. So A+ for the ladies in lingerie, you made a stressful task so much easier.

I love the Rack first of all. This particular location is really cramped so shopping here is very slow and frustrating at times with a lot less help than at other locations. Especially in the mens dept. You cant beat the value though with no tax in Oregon combined with Rack value. Parking in nearby garages is easy enough and lots of nearby shopping and restaurants make this a nice day trip. I do wish they used the associate checkout process more here like I see at other Racks instead of relying on a few checkout lanes.

There are few things more satisfying than finding a great deal! Nordstrom Rack is a great place to do that. Here you will find many quality, name-brand items for a fraction of the original cost! My one critique would be that this is one of the lesser organized Nordstrom Racks I have visited. My guess would be that it is a result of how busy it is: there are more people going through and therefore there are more items thrown around. Regardless, its a great place to get high-end items for a low-end price!

The Rack is a great place to go if youre not looking for anything in particular but want to find something nice. The revolving inventory and limited selection make it difficult to be sure youll find what you want in your size, though, especially if youre looking for a more upscale brand. But its almost always worth it to check here first, since if they do have what you want, itll be at a good discount. Keep in mind, the downtown location is pretty small; they dont carry housewares or plus sizes.

At first I was a little weary. It looked like another typical Marshalls or Rosses, but once I started digging through the racks I found some really good quality pieces for a reasonable price. My girlfriend updated her entire business wear for only $80. She was pretty happy. I also found some good shirts and accessories in the mens section. Although the mens section is much much smaller than the womens.

Had a shirt rip at work at a office near by, called Nordies Rack and asked if I bought a new dress shirt would they press it for me, and they said they sure will. Showed up at the time the opened 9:30 am and the guy that helped me had two shirts that were my size, I bought both and had the blue one pressed showed up at work like nothing was wrong! Thank you Nordstrom Rack

The lines are long, the employees are busy offering rewards and card aplications before ringing you up. Better to ring up your guests ask Id they are in a rush and ask them would you be interested in Davin x amount then I can help you with that. Alarm went off and continued to ring fore 10 minutes. I feel bad for the employees.

love this store. its where ive started to purchase most of my clothes and all my jeans. have designer jeans for over 1/2 off. also have found tops in the clearance section for significant savings. you have to be willing to spend time looking through the numerous racks to find the deals.

This location has some truly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of clothes and shoes, and I often find a treasure that is marked down (superb deal) if I have time to look enough. Lines can appear long at times, but the staff process their customers efficiently.

I just called to ask if the tailor was in on Sunday and heard the associate ask three of her co-workers and nobody knew. Horrible customer service. How do you work at a department store and not know if your tailor is in on Sundays? Never going back in here again.

Often chaotic, messy. Little to no help from staff. Quality of many items is questionable. Know your pricing before you assume youre getting a bargain. Prices still high relative to quality and design. I seem to have particularly bad luck with mens sweaters.

Good priced shoes. Horrible shopping experience. I understand the shoes are cheap but there has to be a better way than the find a shoe ask for its mate system. I just want to find a style of shoe and see if you have it in my size. Ya know, a shoe store.

I have only shopped in the mens section. Great for shoes, suits and formal wear, not an amazing selection of casual clothes. Be prepared to hunt through racks and racks of items that are squeezed into a comparatively small area compared to the womens.

Ive gotten some amazing deals here on some really high quality items. Sometimes you have to do a little digging (and be a bit lucky) though and it may not always have what your looking for. They also have staff to help size you which is nice.

Nice staff members and good selection of clothes. It also caters to those who dont enjoy to shop as much with easily organized clothing sections. Good shoes for half the price as well. Security person in the front was very nice too.

Found some great steals, especially when they have done an additional 25 or 30% off clearance items. The only downfall is the size of the store. Much too small for such a central location and the lines get long.
