The theme here seems to be lack of customer service. Unfortunately my office is within a three minute walk to the store so Ive patroned the store often. The problem for me has been that I get followed around the store as if Im some kind of thief. And this happens every single time I go to the store. I believe that I am judged by the color of my skin. When I notice them lurking behind me, they give me the "can I help you find something," BS. When I say yes im looking for the items that Ive been standing in front of for two minutes. They usually back off half embarrased. Today was the last straw. I was browsing the shoes and had a manager and "security guard" make sure they were in my eyeline. It was very demeaning! I will no longer spend my money in this store. The Manager should be fired and the rest of the employees should be retrained not to racially profile people. If youre a brown person and you need to purchase goods I suggest going somewhere youll be treated like a human being.

I love all things at Target. But Wilsonville Target is always quiet and a nice shopping experience. The lines are not too long, the guest service, cashier and floor team members are friendly & helpful. Their sales & Cartwheel discounts are quick & easy. The same items at other stores would cost a lot more. And now Wilsonville Target has a nice looking Starbucks. Also they always have a lot of extra parking spaces. Over Target is sweet and Wilsonville Target is a breath of fresh air when you are in a hurry or tired after a long day:)

I ordered Christmas cards and selected the Wilsonville store to print them to. After waiting almost two weeks I talked to Customer Service just to be talked down to by the manager stating that they do not do that anymore. I said someone should have contacted me and she said we had a sign up. Which I didnt see. I said that should not have been an option to print to the store. The manager was extremely rude snd walked off on me.

Im afraid the experiences I have had at this target were terrible. Several of the machines broke down (on two different trips) and they had to move me from machine to machine. I had my kids with me and in the end the checkout process took 30 minutes - and no manager came out to talk to me and try to make it right.

Great store with friendly staff. During the Black Friday sale this past Thanksgiving there was a line out the door in the pouring rain. Staff came out in the rain and handed out vouchers for certain items to guarantee we received them. Inside the store was very organized and lines were clear. I was impressed.

I have been getting my prescriptions at Target for years. Even after they changed to CVS I have stayed because of the people there. Several of the pharmacists actually recognize me without needing my name now...amazing. The only thing I dont like is having to walk so far through the store to the pharmacy.

I havent been in a Target store for almost a year because there isnt one close to where I live but I used to always be there . One was close to me. The employees are so nice always and the store is so very very clean. It makes you want to visit often.

Easy to get to. Parking always available. Friendly employees. Compared to other stores with the same products, not the cheapest, but can count on them to always have what I want/need so they are the most reliable one stop shopping.

I ordered online and came by to pick it up on Black Friday. It took longer than I would have expected since the items were stored in a different part of the store from the counter where you can request the product pick-up.

My go to place for knick knacks and close enough to get my groceries when I dont want to go the the grocery store. It is in walking distance and they have everything!

Its a saterday and out of everything! No bacon. food shelfs empty and no pizza hut pizza. And every time I look dog collar never can find right size always out stock.
