My experience with Kyle McBride in the Target cell phone department was absolutely atrocious. He gave misinformation regarding the return period on new cell phones that could have cost me a lot of money, and then denied accountability, and refused to take responsibility for doing so. This ended up creating a three week consumer horror show during which I and my daughter (the account was put in her name, to help her establish a credit history) wasted 20 hours fighting with various customer no-service agents at Target and Verizon. After initially being quite helpful (this whole mess came into being because of poor service and corrupt "hard-sell" behavior on the part of a sales rep named "Graham), Kyle McBride ended up treating me in the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and insulting way I could have imagined, crowing about "all hed done for me" - after HIS company had put ME through virtual cell phone hell, wasting hours and hours of my valuable time, thanks to MISINFORMATION he and his cronies had given me to get me to buy phones!! Its obvious that Kyle McBride doesnt know, nor does he care, about what it means to keep his word – or to do his job, which at minimum is to clean up huge problems caused for customers BY HIS OWN COMPANY. Hopefully hell grow up before he costs Target more customers. What happened? In a nutshell, we were told we could return our new phones within 14 days at no cost. The cost? A $1240 bill from Verizon. The bottom line: if you go with Verizon, despite what slimy Target cell phone sales might tell you, the "no-cost return period" is NOT 14 days - its JUST 3 DAYS!!! You will pay activation feels, after that - in our case, $105 worth of activation fees - which most certainly is not "no cost." Unbelievable. Kyle McBride ought to be demoted or fired before he gets Target into more serious trouble with customers and cell service providers. Target cell sales people are horribly trained and simply dont know what theyre doing, dont know what theyre talking about, and dont care about doing the right thing. First thing they teach you in kindergarten: when you spill your milk, you tell the truth, and then you clean up your own mess; you dont blame someone else or expect someone else to clean it up for you. I guess McBride missed school that day. This whole thing was a freaking nightmare for us. The store manager, Jessica Houston, tried to be helpful, at least, and I finally everything got straightened out. But until I get a sincere personal apology from Kyle McBride, my review will stand as is, and my recommendation to all potential cell phone customers will be ... AVOID TARGET LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Went in on August 24, 2015. Had items to return, with a receipt. Got the items returned & replaced with a different size, then put them back in my existing brown Target bag. Did my shopping and when I went to the checkout, the clerk (a woman, late 50s, short, white, slight accent of some sort) asked me what was in the bag. I told her I switched out items at the return counter. Then I kid you not, she asked me "Can you prove it"? Not "may I please see your receipt"? or something courteous or professional. No, she asked me to "prove it". I asked her "what is it about me that makes you want me to "prove it"? She said, "nothing, its just that some customers".......Wow. I spend so much of my money at Target, even buying groceries now regularly. I dont mind being asked for a receipt. I do mind being asked to "prove it".

Since this is the only all-in-one store in this area I am here a lot. Check out all the back end caps for super savings on great clearence items. Great friendly staff that drop everything to help you. 2 problems I find is the errors in pharmacy (CVS texting that Rx is ready and i have to wait 20 min or wrong meds filled-always check your bag). ALWAYS keep items in your car well hidden. Break ins and at night cars will creep past you and sit in your blind spot waiting for you to hit them. Where is NorCal security when you need them? Store is great but that parking lot is a nightmare

I was in electronics section in Target to get a phone for my daughter recently and Kyle McBride was the sales associate who helped me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone and the products. He was also able to contact Verizon and activate the phone for me. Also there were special promotions that I didnt know about and he ended up helping me get $100 in rewards plus a savings on my phone plan. I had an awesome experience in Target thanks to Kyle. I will be purchasing my next phone there and I will go back to see if Kyle can assist me again.

Do not use this pharmacy. There policies are not set up to help disabled or sick people. this is the only Target that I called that wouldnt even tell me if they had my meds on the phone. They expect disabled people to go to the store before they will even answer answer an availability question. How ridiculous! Sounds to me like they are set up to help junkies only.

I asked for help finding something and the associate told me they didnt carry what I was looking for. I told her I had bought the product there before and she was super rude to me. It took me am hour yup find an entire wall of what I was looking for....why didnt she use her handy walkie talkie yup ask someone instead of watch me look for that long?

The store has a great grocery dept., which makes it handy to grab those grocery items while doing other shopping. SUGGESTION: I dont know if CVS or Target is responsible, but the bench in the pharmacy area is always really dirty. Why doesnt the cleaning staff see to it that it is cleaned nightly? Pretty grim for being in a pharmacy area.

DONT BUY APPLIANCES from them !!! Brought in brand new never used rice cooker that was defective out of box that my daughter sent me for Christmas. She threw away the receipt so now I have to send it back to her for her to take in with her credit card over a 30.00 rice cooker really all I wanted is a new one. GO TO WAL MART .....

I like the prices but cashier service can be lacking. Items are often not restocked. Grocery items bagged poorly with all the bread products on the bottom and cup cakes on their side down the side of the bag. So now I have smashed bread and frosting less cupcakes. If your going to sell groceries please train them how to bag.

It is Target. I am not a Chain Store fan, but Target is a more responsible company than many. Their prices are good, the selection, okay. This one is always clean and the staff are friendly. I buy lots of my medical materials here as well as shampoo and few other items, but that is it.

I repeatedly asked the specific question, "Does this cable transmit data? Your sales person assured me over and over that it indeed DOES transmit data, it doesnt! One hour round trip...my time shopping, $56- gone and I cant download data from my phone...as promised. Maroons!
