I usually have nothing bad to say about Bi-Mart but that all changed today. After leaving urgent care I called the pharmacy to see if they had my prescription. I was told they did not and I would need to bring it in. I brought it in and left it with Sharon. When I asked Sharon how long it would take? She proceeded to ask my about my personal info and wanted to verify everything was in order. (She never looked me up in the system just asking me DOB etc. and looking at the paper ) Finally she told me 30 minutes my medication will be ready. I went home waited an hour and finally called to see what was taking so long. When I called it was informed they do not have my medication and do not have an ETA of when it will come in. I needed to come pick up my script and take it elsewhere if I needed it filled sooner. When I went to pick up my script Sharon helped me again or should I say did nothing. No apology, No explanation , just held my script looking around aimlessly until I finally said you werent able to fill it, I need to take it somewhere else. #1 Look me up in the system to verify me. Do not verify me off a peice of paper I gave you! #2 Do not give out false information. I would rather be told you dont have it, than lied to. #3 Do your job. It is your job to provide quality customer service. What I received was far from it. Because of this situation I will no longer be doing any business at Bi-Mart.

I give this BiMart 2 stars because in over 30 years of shopping there, not regularly but for specific items, I have never had a problem until today. The employees are always kind and friendly and available to the customers. Today however I was wandering (as I usually do), looking around at what they have for camping/outdoor items for summer, and I noticed that a particular employee kept being everywhere I was and his back was turned to me each time. I thought that was odd but didnt think a lot. I was looking at a childs chair that folds up and didnt know how to fold it back up and without 2 seconds passing he was RIGHT THERE grabbing it and looking at me. I figured it all out then, thats for sure---I asked him why he was following me and he said something about the chair, and I proceeded to tell him that I dont appreciate being followed around and treated like a thief. He said nothing more and I spoke with the mgr. of customer service. I dont recall the last time I was so humiliated! I will be gathering my camping and outdoor items, as well as gardening and other tidbits some where else from now on. Its too bad...Over 30 years later...

Bimart sells perfect arrangement of tools and supplies suited for country living. Their prices are good for the quality of product. I never buy food as the food selection in Bimart leaves much to be desired especially for organic items. I primarily buy tools, garden tools, hunting and fishing supplies and household items. Bimart has good quality and a large selection of House repair and maintenance items that other stores do not have. They fit and supply me with things I cannot find in Fred Meyer.

!!!WARNING COMMUTERS!!! Store is not bike friendly. Store closes at 8 oclock this happened between 7pm and 7:46 pm no security cameras in the parking lot no security cameras close to the entrance no security cameras trained on the entrance do not park your bike here. The pharmacy window was 15 feet away and still open. Manager just Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. As a commuter you are not there main demographic you should bring your Ford F150 not your bicycle.

Outstanding! A local northwest company, company owned, so the profits stay in the region rather than being sucked up by East Coast CEOs. Ive been a loyal customer 35 years. They are often cheaper than the big box stores and will price match. Ive noticed the same retail staff work for them for decades, which infers that they treat their staff right. Staff are always courteous. No, this is not a set up... Im just a customer with no connections to Bi-Mart.

Way too friendly for this sort of place. These folks are nice. This is a very practical place to get a membership (its like five bucks, one-time) as they have excellent prices on normal-sized grocery items--you dont have to buy a crate of mayo. Beer and wine are here at normal prices. They have a good hardware section, sports, camping, etc., as well as house and kitchen wares. You should avoid the garment area--no reasonable person has business there.

BiMart is a no-frills (cement floor, no mannequins or displays) department store with the least expensive pharmacy I have found in Eugene. The store stocks the basics in about 10 departments (including household goods, wine & beer, hunting goods, books, cards, toys, clothes for adults, pet supplies, paper products, beauty supplies, gardening supplies and live plants) at reasonable prices.The $5 lifetime family membership fee is a bargain.

The Staff is exceptional, giving great service and always helpful and willing to go the extra with a smile. Sounds cheesy, but its true. Every time I go to this Bi-Mart I have a good experience. Prices are fair and I love being able to shop for all my household needs in one place and support a local business. Thanks Bi-Mart!

Will not only the customer service that was excellent but the selection so although it was a very enjoyable visit you get what you need and no problem plenty of cashiers they take care of you any question theyll help you with a smile on my face they enjoy their job

Helpful associates throughout the store with honest recommendations and a decent selection of various items, located close in town rather than a longer drive to a gigantic store to get lost and buy things i didnt need.

You shouldnt base a business customer service on a wrong number supplied by a website that isnt affiliated with that business. As far as retail goes, Bi-Mart is one of the best for taking care of their customers.

Not the best store in town but they have more obscure Audio/Video stuff than anywhere else in town including Radio Shack or Oregon Electric! If I need to build my own OTA antenna they have the parts to do it.

The people in hardware are rude and deliberately unhelpful.. the pharmacy staff and the people working the front of the store have always been courteous and friendly.
