I was on my way out of the store this evening with my family, and my 2 year old was having a meltdown that shopping was done. One of the lovely ladies working there (didnt catch her name) cheered her up with a sticker and a small candy for her and one for my 9 year old. It made the walk to the car as well as the trip home much more peaceful. She could have ignored us and let us continue out the front door to handle the tantrum and save herself some time, but instead she decided to offer a small kindness to help another human being, and I think thats a beautiful thing worth mentioning.

Customers beware!!! I will quote "you people" as a confrontation from a supervisor Nicole, she had the nerve to make racial comments to my wife and her sister. When my wife asked her what was her problem she replied: you come here everyday and shop... I had never knew that this was a major problem. Hey Target, is this what your floor staff were trained to do, harass their customers? Is my money not good enough for your store. We spend a substantial amount of time and money annually in your stores and to be confronted with the exact words "you people", whats that about?

I went to Lacey Target around 1:00 pm for a return today. I was waiting in line. But their staff just ignored me and called the next person in line. She treated me like air. May be she has the right to exclude the customer she dose not like. But, as the customer, I felt to be judged. I am so angry and will not shop at this store again. There are more choices in this area like the Freddys just across the street. I hope the manager can do something to improve the customer service.

Very busy location. Customer service is in an odd place but seems to be effective. Starbucks located within the store but without a seating area. The store itself is well stocked and clean. There is also a mini grocery section too. Good for knocking out multiple errands at once. Prices are standard target prices so its not a bargain. Bring you own bags otherwise you have to pay a small price for one of their paper bags.

Bummed that they would not price match against Home Depot because it was not on their list. They also will not price match against a regular price in another store. The way it was explained by the manager is that they match the sales prices on exact items if advertised. We took our business for the same item to the competition this time.

Its pretty much all overpriced garbage clothes that fall apart a month after wearing. Also, it seems like a kid friendly atmosphere, but it also smells like pandering and sticky sugar mess all the time. This store is gross, and Im saying that as someone whos worked with toddlers. Also, Target has not exactly had a great reputation.

They have a bad apple in customer service, though one of the other ladies was very helpful and connected me with what I needed. However, to the representative who treated me rudely and hung up on me? This review is for you. You did a bad job, thanks though to the more superior employee who stepped in.

Used the photo center, scheduled 6:15pm appointment, didnt take photos until after 7 PM so if you use them plan to stand around for quite some time. The store is never really all the busy and you can find an employee almost anywhere in the store if you cant find anything.

Manager at the store is rude. The customer service desk had some rude employees. They dont explain well and think you should know policies they have and they dont explain them. The manager walked away and was the rudest I habe ever experienced

I like Target a lot. They seem to always have what I need. I use their cartwheel apt and scan barcodes on items to see if any manufacturers coupons are available then pair it with my target card to receive an additional 5% off my purchases.
