I bought an air-conditioner at a great sale price $80 I live in Tacoma and there was not one to be had for love or money on this side of the bridge. The Union ave store called Gig Harbor and they were reluctant to put it on hold, they promised to do so for an hour. I went, I saw I bought, with cash. Happy with my score I took it home and my then s/o and I had relief from the heat, for about two weeks. It started sieving water from the unit! We waited until we had married which was more urgent at the time and took it back which by now I had misplaced the receipt.and Again one store had two left. We did not want our money only a replacement unit. The deal was no deal and the bad customer service we got made it worse. Gig Harbor Target is rude dont shop there if a you dont have to.

Went to the electronics section and two employees that were standing there joking around walked away as soon as I got there. The item I wanted was locked. I waisted time standing waiting for the one employee left to get the item unlocked while she talked another customer about nothing. Literally chatting about something stupid and looked at me and said "someone will be with you shortly". No thanks Ill buy it somewhere else; not that she cares either way. Such worthless employees.

Tried to make a purchase with an e gift card and the cashier couldnt get it to scan correctly. Called her manager over and she said they cant accept printed e gift cards and it has to be electronic. Im home now checking the balance and just made the purchase online. The cashier was friendly and apologetic enough. The manager walked away and didnt even offer any type of resolution. Worst management I have ever seen in my life!

Actually, this is more directed at the "food court" area than the rest of the store. Dont bother getting in line for anything at the food court, as the employees there are easily overwhelmed by groups larger than two. Moving at the speed of derp, the employees there will take on average 20 minutes per customer. Often asking to have the customer repeat the order and still managing to screw that up.

Every time I come there are some pretty long lines due to only a few registers being open. Today however my cashier was Greg, he was super nice, did an amazing job on talking up the red card they offer to get 5% off your purchases as well as free shipping when you order online. Sounds like a pretty good deal.

Like any typical Target, but that makes it easy to navigate. Theres typically a good bit of staff on the floor when Im there during busy periods and you hear announcements over the pa for backup cashiers which means they monitor lines. Pretty solid overall but not amazing.

This is not the best Target for selection. The grocery in particular is a bit smaller than the closest other branches: Lakewood and Fed Way. The management is good here though. If you have any problems, my personal experience is that they take good care of you here.

Very disappointed and upset. My fiance lost his wallet and we have trued several times to call, as this was the last place he had used anything in it and actively held it. Before even speaking to someone, we were hung up on every time we called. Very unprofessional.

Loved shopping at Target until I encountered the first rude and confrontational employee, "Trainer," today. The Wal-Mart, right across the street, has lower prices and no overtly aggressive employees, especially not in a position to train others.

Items on sale are not greatly reduced, sort of dirty bathrooms, and usually a wait to check out. But its got the usual better selection or higher feeling quality than walmart. And they still donate to charities. Parking lot is sort of chaotic.

The only complaint I have against Target is that every time I go, I buy 10 extra things because of their sales and convenience. I have never gone to a Target and not found what Im looking for. This Target is always clean and well staffed!

Clean store, my go to neighborhood Target. Employees seem to be scarce, and when found, are normally talking in groups, sometimes inappropriately. Other than that, normal Target experience is to be expected.

This target has the most Scenic of view of any other target (can see mt rainier from the parking lot on a clear day). However, the rest is pretty standard. It is a Target. It sells things that target sells.

Everyone is polite, they are always stocked well and the lines do not take too long. I also recently started using the pharmacy and that was the best customer service I ever recieved.

Its Target. They have lots of stuff. Generally not the cheapest, but not too expensive. I prefer it to Fred Meyer or Walmart. Nice environment.
