Empty shelves and no service. I have no idea whos writing these "stocked shelves" and "clean store" crud. Its not helpful. This store is consistently out of the most basic foods. Its ridiculous. If you shop here after 5:30, expect for them to be out of stuff. If you shop after 7pm, expect them to be out of A LOT of stuff (Ive included some pictures, since they seem to have taken the last batch down). Worse yet, the aisle markers hardly contain any information on them, making it nearly impossible to find anything. I had the clerk in the make-up section demand that I put a $1.39 nail file in a security box, if I was going to pay for it at the front of the store, "Because thats company policy." No, its not company policy, you mindless whit! Its what we do in Albany because you dont like the teenagers and meth-heads robbing you blind. Instead of focusing on them, you morons just act like everyone is a crook, when the biggest crook in town lives right on Goldfish Farm Rd.

Service at the front desk is always terrible here!!! Ive never had a pleasant experience. The associates rarely speak at all and when they do they are rude. Yesterday I had a return, the person in front of me finished and I walked towards the guy working, named Kevin, he mumbled something , I didnt understand what.. As I got closer, he rolled his eyes and said to me "or not", I said, "or not what"? He said, "I needed to go to the bathroom". I replied, "or not..go then".. He was an a**.. I didnt hear what he said and to say, "or not" as first words to a customer is simply crappy.. I refused to go to him, I stayed in line until the other guy was free.. These guys they have working the service desk arent the greatest..

Extremely poor customer service in the deli. I arrived later than anticipated, grabbed a few things from the back of the grocery dept. and then went to the deli just before 9 pm, and spent a good 2-3 minutes looking at the deli meats before even being acknowledged. When the rude employee FINALLY came over to me, he still let me ponder another minute or so, then rudely informed me they were closed, the close at 9. If I would have been greeted when I very first got to the counter I would have had plenty of time to get what I needed. Have always ALWAYS had a great experience here, but this gentleman was just plain rude. Unfortunately I left in such a huff, I couldnt get his name

If you are hoping they stock there shelves good luck. Over all one of the worst Walmarts I have been to. Something is wrong that a third world country has a better Walmart then this. The many times I have come here to see it messy and cluttered. Yes, I know you are busy but I cant stock the paper towels. Also I cant stock the small refrigerators so I can have a cold drink. Had grabbed a cold drink and due to not rotating the product I got a warm one. I reached to the back and that Coke was cold. It is ok to refill the produce.

I was really impressed. Im use to Wal-Marts being dirty, crowded, and nobody willing to help. This was just the opposite. I had multiple people offering to help me find things, and all were very polite. Overall it was clean and at least the self-check had no line. If any of the Wal-Marts near my house were this nice, Id consider using them again.

At the fast cashier lane, that young lady made me feel bad because I forgot to weight my bananas. She should have teached me how so I will do better next time instead of putting down in front of waiting customers. She made me fell like I was intending to steal those bananas and kept talking to the person she was talking to... leaving me speechless

I have the app on my phone so I can check inventory on the items I want then go pick them up where they happen to be and in most cases have the items shipped to a store or my home. Best use of mobile tech I have found.

The Albany Walmart has problems keeping items in stock in the grocery department. Many times I will go to the Albany Walmart and they will have what I need out of stock. So I will have to go to Salem OR Lebanon.

The people are always entertaining. Always. Otherwise, the store is typically clean. I try to avoid this store on weekends because the lines are always out the door. Nice that they have self checkout though!

One of the nicest Walmarts around. If you need to go to a Walmart, go to this one. Fun Tip: The further the cash register is away from the grocery, the short the line will be. All you have to do is walk.

Slow service, managers need to step it up and look into restructuring the work force, and times for opening are inaccurate because of employee incompetence and inattention to customer service.

I worked for Wal-Mart and there service could be better. I have never once been in there when associates have used the 10 ft rule. I have been coming in to this Wal-Mart over 2yrs

This Walmart is newer and has a great layout to get in and out. Clean and employees are helpful. Nice parking lot too. No complaints here.

Prices are too high for a wal mart. They barely have any workers on staff. Finally they only dropped prices because Winco moved in.

You have to be careful with prices, they look like a good deal but you can find things at better prices at other stores.
