The customer service is amazing here. I was helped with a warranty today on a fishing rod and everything was handled great. The assistant manager was extremely nice and willing to help me any way possible to make sure I was satisfied. I do all my shopping for fishing here and they have an excellent selection of gear and baits. Thank you Bimart for everything you do!

Stopped by to pick up some munchies when we were in town for a trial with our dogs. The store was laid out similarly to the one near our house so it was really easy to find the things we wanted. The restrooms were clean and well taken care of. What staff we dealt with was friendly and considerate. Just what wed expect from Bi-Mart.

Bi-Mart is just the right size; they carry most everything one needs, but you do not have to walk the length of a football field to get around the store. But the best thing about Bi-Mart is the friendly staff. You cannot visit the store without being asked if you need help, or if you are finding what you need.

Laid back, helpful staff. Nice variety and selection. Kind of hard to find the first time we went because it is away from the road and their "big sign" by the highway was so short, we didnt even notice it! It needs a bigger sign next to the highway if they want people to notice they are there!!
