We went there last night and my daughter picked up a liquid air freshener off the floor that had fallen and when she did there was one broken so it got all over her and her shirt, we handed it to a gentleman that worked there and he politely showed us the neatest bathroom (not a public one) and let me clean her up. I noticed how bad it had got in her shirt so I asked her dad to get me her coat so we could just take the tank off and throw it away and she could wear her coat, when we came out of the bathroom the gentleman was there and "said we can get her a new tank", so we went to the clothing area and looked for a tank and couldnt find one so he went to the person who worked there and asked her and they said they didnt have any tanks but she could pick out a sun dress instead. That was so unexpected and so awesome way to go for your great customer service

Went in to get a membership. It was very busy but that is to be expected as it was a Saturday afternoon. We went to stand in line and it wasnt clear if there were separate lines for return and membership. We got in what looked like the return line, saw someone else wait somewhere else and was immediately helped in membership so we moved over there. We were immediately chewed out by some complete stranger waiting to return. We went and waited in line again. She then went to go chew someone else out and an employee informed her there were separate lines. The whole line then moved over except her, as everyone was confused. This whole event could have been avoided if there were signs of where to go. We left and will not be going back. I do not want to be associated with such awful people.

I have been a Costco member since early 1984, and have lived in Alaska, Washington, New Jersey, and Texas over that period, and have always found Costco to be the go-to place to buy anything they carry. Sure, they dont carry EVERYTHING, and they do change inventory, so we have adopted the, "If you see it, and you want it, BUY IT NOW," attitude, because sometimes they do discontinue things (like their outstanding Kirkland house-brand marinara sauce we absolutely LOVED, and that I should have bought a dozen cases of). Employees are well-paid, get good benefits, and seem friendly quite consistently. To distill it to three words, We LOVE Costco.

Parking lot is unbelievably ridiculous. If you find a spot you are lucky. The lot is dangerous and definitely wasnt done right. The lines inside are always terrible. I love Costco especially the one in Sequim. We lived in Forks and didnt mind driving 1 1/2 hrs to do a Costco trip. After we moved I was happy to see I would only need to drive 15 minutes to get to the Tumwater Costco. After a few shopping trips I give up! Ill head to the Lacey one. The one star was given because I have always liked Costco...just not this particular one. Btw... Theres a woman in the pharmacy who is just a nightmare. Horrible customer service.

The deli was very busy with two lines per counter person bouncing back and forth between customers. It took a looooong time to get to the counter. Finally I tried to order a large pizza and was told it would be an hour wait. I had already done my shopping so was not about to wait an hour. Someone behind the counter should be announcing to the 30-35 people waiting in line that full size pizzas are an hour wait!! What a waste of time standing in the line for nothing. The only option for pizza inside the store was Canadian bacon and pineapple. No thanks...Bad experience!!

We have had a membership for over 22 years. Use the Lacey and Tumwater. Staff are some of the most professional employees and outgoing people I have ever encountered in retail or grocery staff. Hands down our favorite place to shop. We buy equipment for our own home and for our rentals. If there is a problem,we take it back without any difficulties and get something that works. Groceries for our family are frequently purchased here and they beat everyones prices, PLUS with better quality.

Ive been a member at Costco off and on since a store opened in Spokane, WA in 1984. Ive really enjoyed the shopping experience, and visit the Tumwater store regularly. I echo the other reviews; great customer service, clean store, even to the bathrooms. I think that the employees are pretty proud of their store; you dont get that kind of service and care unless the employees are happy.

Always save $$$ at Costco. Gas prices are always lowest/or comparable in the area. Also great mileage with their gas, (unlike other stores that also sell gas), at least with my car! Purchasing larger quantities save extra trips to the store & usually better price. The staff are customer service oriented, thus provide great service.

We like the food court food and prices cant be beat. Huge store with tons to choose from I spend over an hour every trip. Always find what i need at a great price. I always leave with more then I came for since I cant pass up good deals. Friendly staff, well stocked shelves, easy to get through isles and lines arent too long.

Always friendly staff and very clean. Disappointed when they switch stuff out within a week & strange that they sell milk in two packs unlike Costcos in other states. (Hard for people who need 2 different kinds without buying 4 gallons at once) But cant beat the prices for a big family! & the samples are an added bonus!

Getting in and out can be a bit of a nightmare as the gas portion of the lot is usually gridlocked. Also, Costco will occasionally stop stocking hard to find products like bulk gluten free pasta or boneless winga which gets annoying. Basically dont fall in love with a product because theyll stop stocking it eventually.

Huge Costco savings as usual. Great customer service and friendly staff. Very nice meat department , yummy bakery, And high quality produce period Also I prefer to get my prescriptions . The only downside is its always hard to find a parking space, and it Is very hard to leave without spending over the budget .

This costco is like every other costco you have been to. People that dont know how to drive in a parking lot. People that will turn their buggies sideways in an aisle so NO ONE CAN GET BY and then they grit on you if you move their buggy to get by. If you go, go very early to beat the worst of the crowds.

Its a Costco. Its just like every other Costco Ive been to, and that is a positive comment. Free samples, usually-good deals (if any store beats them for non-sale protein powder prices, I havent seen it), aisles wide enough to let you get around rude folks, and big, cheap hotdogs. Whats not to like?

They have an amazing selection of household goods, childrens books and bulk of course! Also love their jewelry and gift card bundles. Not to mention the food court that has all beef hot dogs with a 20 oz soda for $1.50! Makes eating "out" a breeze when you have a ton of kids!

Staff in the store is nice when you can find them. I am saddened when you find a great product and then the stop carrying it (like fresh bison ground meat). Long lines and they could open more stalls. Very clean place including the bathrooms. Great return policy to a fault.
