Dear Clearlake Mayor and City Council: We the People… The Silent Majority…. Firmly believe that allowing Wal-Mart, Clearlake to expand and increase its shopping selection, and price reductions, is a definite BENEFIT to our community being as there is no other retailer in the City of Clearlake that provides the choices and savings that Wal-Mart provides. (We do wish there were other shopping resources, but we take what we can get). The only other options are shopping out of the area going to Santa Rosa, Napa or Ukiah and for the majority of Clearlake’s population that is not an option. Besides when Wal-Mart develops into a superstore we firmly believe that it will increase sales and provide a larger sales tax base, which something sorely needed for our city coffers…. Therefore We the People of Clearlake, the silent Majority, with the most votes, request, insist & demand that our City leaders approve and assist Wal-Mart with its greatly needed expansion without hesitation!

Too many employees on the floor in the way. Difficult to navigate a shopping cart. Employees cant make up their minds on return policy. I used the Walmart App where my receipts are stored and the items I bought were on a date that said "no details found" even though when I entered it in it was fine. Manager refused to return $20+ in merchandise, but did take back $29 worth. I asked manager how he determines what can be returned and what cant. He stated he has a list from corporate and theres certain store policy items. This was the second item refused in the last 6 months other one being a defective can of sptay paint with receipt; same manager refused it. Manager was unable to tell me what they wont take back. I asked him how I redeem money earned from savings catcher on Walmart App. He was unable to explain it. What a bummer encounter. TARGET PLEASE MOVE TO LAKE COUNTY.

I am, and have always been a reserved, reluctant customer of wall mart. All of the negative predictions have been realized... Our community is poorer in all the ways that should make us stronger. As for this visit, I had 4 items, I had to walk the length of the store to get a check-out line that took 4 + minutes to clear... Sorry for the negative report. I will not cover the losses Ive had to eat... From two months...Or even a couple of minutes caused from the junkyard products Ive been sold over the years.. I had to return 3 "BluRay" players from Sanyo. The package said they were BluRay. Hooked them up.. Non would play discs...No compensation, not even a sorry.Bought better and cheaper at local competition. end.

Messy, messy, messy and this includes the bathrooms. Customer service is lacking on the floor but most of my experiences with cashiers have been positive, especially in cosmetics. They dont carry a lot of the products they sell online and our community is small so not as big a selection as Id like. They do have a Subway inside but I have never eaten there. Electronics is the worst. They always seem to be out of everything and, like every other store these days, Walmart is getting really expensive. They were my go to store for household supplies but why drive halfway around the lake just to save what it costs in gas.

Walmart has some rude employees not all of them but enough to make it a notice. Walmart doesnt offer as much as other Wal-Marts I am use to. People live in the parking lots, homeless surround the facility employees tend to gather and smoke on the side right next to front parking which is gross!! Though the red head guy is always such a nice greeter his friendly face makes things better. Oh and girls do not plan on looking for makeup here the makeup options are terrible for a Walmart this place needs to step up there inventory game.

I went in to cash my pay check and had a horrible experience. As I am cashing my check another customer comes up right behind me to the point where I could feel his breath on me and starts asking the customer service agent questions. Instead of asking the customer to wait his turn. She starts answering his questions while I am trying to put my social security number into the key pad. The service was very lousy and unprofessional. Would rather drive a hour away to Santa Rosa then cash my check there again. June 6th 2017 @ 3:30pm

Was a good shopping day at the Clearlake Wal-Mart. 7 different employees, in different departments, asked if they could help me find anything. Checkout line in garden department was long but Bernadette arrived and opened another register. The lines then movers rapidly. Kudos to Bernadette. She was very tactful and nice with customer in front of me who seemed to have lost a check she had just written.

Hardcore in the smokers area. WATCH OUT FOLKS!! These employees wnont hand you a cigarette but theyll sure throw handfulls of jerky onto the ground in front of a HOMELESS STARVING MAN And laugh as he ate it off the ground. That man did not deserve that. Sorry Mark for Walmart employees mistaking you for an animal,we know youre a great guy out here in the streets

Its Walmart. They have the lowest prices on the lowest quality items and they are the only game in town. Customers are the absolute lowest priority. Witnessed by the fact that the employees, from the Manager down except for the Greeter at the door, do not even look at the customers, let alone say hello. I wish they would teach a customer service class.

It is slowly improving. Getting cleaner and more organized. Some of the staff are very unprofessional talking guff and cursing while stocking even when shoppers are present. They really need to work on keeping theyre products instead of always discontinuing them. Like I said, getting better. Its a work In progress. They provide a lot for us plus jobs.

Clear Lake Walmart Pharmacy is excellent. The consultation was perfect and thorough. I could tell that the pharmacist was sincerely concerned about my wifes safety, and we decided to double check with our provider before taking thanks to her concerns. Top notch staff in the Walmart pharmacy :)

Great place untel they started let dogs in carts. Outraged over the health department and Walmart for letting animals in carts where I place my food.. awesome helpful staff.. once again if I was to rate staff 5 stars.. management taking upper hand and stop letting dogs and carts

Should be open longer after 11 there is pretty much know where to shop and its the only place to shop and Clearlake dont like the fact that they recycle employees every 90 days you cant get to know the checkers because they were replaced so much

Its getting better a little pricey not too bad their produce section is rotating a lot which is good the only thing I really do not care for is it is a little more crowded since they have done their remodeling but other than that it is ok

Isles are to narrow , mens cloths are always a mess , store is dirty. Wouldnt go there but no wjere else to get anything. also deppressing to go by all the folks begging going and coming. Bad intersection danger.!

Taco Club

This is considered Clearlake s mall. There is so so few big name places to shop around Clearlake. They are pretty good and inexpensive items at offering a variety of items but this is Walmart and they all do.
