First, I cant begin to express how much I despise Walmart in general. Their multi-billionaire CEO has no consideration for his employees, who are underpaid and apparently not even given enough information to do their jobs properly. Today I, along with every other shopper, is being stopped upon exiting the store by an employee and told to hand over our receipts for inspection. Yes, sir! Nice to buy a lot of cheap crap and then be treated like a criminal as you leave. Needless to say, when I asked why my receipt was being demanded, the employee had no clue. Just follow orders, says the CEO! The employees are told to circle in yellow the number of items sold. They dont count how many you have in your bag, to make sure the numbers correspond. Obviously the employees dislike this little task as much as the customers. Thanks, Walmart, for your crappy company, for not treating your employees well, and for treating your customers like thieves. Over the past year, Ive gone to Walmart less and less. Now Im done with this company completely. Id rather pay more and be treated better.

worst shopping experience ever! the senior citizen cashier could barely perform her job! did not bagup all our items,even though the cash register display the correct change she short changed us by $2.oo. she did not count the money OUT! I count it out right there and found 2 dollar mistake! then after going through this mistake and correcting it she did not load up all the stuff I have purchased and when I got home several items where missing I called the store manager! explain the problem to her and she returned my phone call 6 hours later. She told us to come to customer service and pick up the items that the senior citizen cashier forgot to put in the bag . that also was a hassle because when we return back to the store the items were not there and the person at customer service had no idea and was not informed that I was coming to pick up my items that I had paid for and the manager who I spoke to on the phone had gone home for the day. I had to explain this process all over again to another manager , worst shopping experience ever!!!!!!

I dont even want to give this place 1 star. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1st trip: I ordered a loft childrens bed. I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me. Once I received help, he said well it here but its to heavy for me to get and I cant give you our loading carts, you have to go get a grocery cart. So we had to go to the front to grab a cart to get it outside. Complete Idiot had no idea what he was doing on the register. 2nd trip: ( I shouldve known) I ordered a play structure, received an email stating it was available for pick up. I go to the store same day of receiving the email, waiting 45 minutes for someone to help me. Once someone finally decided to help me. He stated "O, well its here, but its in the truck and we havent unloaded it yet" "We wont unload it until tonight, so you will have to come back" Absurd. Last time I will use this place. I would rather pay $300 more an item to get it at a place with decent working people.

The absolute wost walmart Ive ever been to. Every time I go there for a specific item theyre always out and i have to settle for something i dont want that gets the job done. If i need help finding something there is never anybody around and if they are they dont offer help or even care. One time I finally got a reply for someone who worked there and all they could tell me is they didnt have the item i wanted. they didnt even try. I tried taking some film to the photo center and they said they would call me when it was ready (in about a week because they send it out) 3 weeks later i realize they havnt called me so i call them to see if its in. No answer. so now i have to go all the way in to get it not knowing if they;ve lost it. These people obviously dont care about their customers.

This Walmart is great! I just moved to Windsor because this store pharmacy was close by. Even though most things are made in China...I find the prices and style are exactly what I want! Just ordered and received a beautiful wood folding table with wood folding chairs to match, that I love! Cant wait for them to get more food items and do hope that is soon. So far, the employees have been fine, best to find one that knows where everything is as to a part timer that does not. If you smile and start out with "I need your help"....it makes for a much better exchange! The only drawback is the store is too warm!! I have to shop fast and get out before I melt. Have asked about it, but nothing gets done, so wear cooler clothes to shop here, even in winter time.

On my way, during my daily commute. This walmart is a larger version of the regular store not a super center but definitely larger than the other walmarts to the north and south of it. Only issue I have there is that only one check out line with a human is open so if you need to reload a prepaid card or buy cigarette or razor blades or gum to help curb nicotine cravings or anything else they locked up behind the counter you usually have to wait for a while in that only open check out lane. Other than that the bathrooms are clean and always stocked and theres a good selection of products with reasonable prices to choose from.

Having come from Florida where Walmarts are clean and new with happy employees I must say that Im glad to have a Walmart nearby. That said, it sorely lacks in grocery inventory. The employees look tired and unhappy. Is it just the difference between Florida, where regular people shop and work there, and California where Walmart is considered low class? The prices are good and the selection of all sorts of other items in nothing short of amazing, as it is with most Walmarts. I will shop here but it is definitely a different experience than Ive had before. Also, Walmarts there are 24 hours, this one is only open until 12.

Horrible! Walmart condensed their aisles & made it impossible for two shopping carts to get by each other. Whoever dreamed that one up is smoking something funny and trying cram more merchandise into tiny spaces/narrow aisles. What were they thinking!!! Oh right - NOT THINKING! I Wanted to purchase a crib & mattress - no one around - lady called for childrens dept. associate - no one responded - I went to Toys R Us & bought a $400 crib/mattress & other baby stuff - too bad Walmart - you lost out on a $478 sale today- oh yeah- forgot to mention REMODEL NOISE! great makings for stressful shopping & headache!

The auto center posts hours from 7 am to 7 pm. However, I was there by 4:30 pm and they were no longer accepting clients. The auto center is staffed by rude and argumentative people. In two visits to the center, I had to have the issues resolved by managers from the main store. There are a couple assistant managers in the main store that are helpful. Without them, I could never have resolved the issue with my tires. Certainly Lana was an excellent manager. Eventually, after several managers got involved the auto center staff acted civilly.
